Only fifty meters from the sea is this charming little house that has been lovingly renovated last year. Downstairs, kitchen, living room with pull-out sofa and bathroom with washing machine. Kitchen has oven, stove, dishwasher and fridge. The upstairs two bedrooms have a double bed or two single beds. The garden has several patios. The convivial fishing community Lickershamn is a vibrant boat harbor with restaurant, kiosk, bangolf, fish shop, swimming jetty, lovely sandy beach and Virgin, the island's highest rauk.

Apartment is located in the palissades, an oasis just above the harbor and a stone's throw from the city wall. Nearby you will find shops, cafes and restaurants. 74 sqm with open plan. The kitchen consists of a kitchen island, dishwasher and dining table with room for six people. There is one bedroom with a 180 bed and good storage. Bathroom with wash and dryer. If desired, there are 2 beds in the living room. Patio facing the park and access to a grill. There's also access to private parking just outside.

Visby, Gotland Relax in this fantastic newly built house with a natural plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometers north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with one kilometer to the sea and cozy Själsö fishing harbor. The newly built house of 132m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Fully equipped laundry room with mudroom. In addition to this, there are 4 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Vackert stenhus, arkitektritat och anpassat specifikt för tomtens upphöjda läge med magisk utsikt över ängar, åkrar, fiskeläge och hav. Området är mycket populärt bland annat för unikt marklandskap mellan kustklinten och havet. Samtliga golv i betong, inredningen är ljus och med hög kvalité. Stort socialt kök och allrum i öppen planlösning och braskamin. Stort badrum med bastu. Huset har uteplats med matgrupp, solsängar, parasoll, gasolgrill och pizzaugn. Det finns 2 enkla cyklar att låna.

Udden

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. En traditionell gotlandsgård vid havet, ensam belägen ytterst på udden. Utsikt ifrån fönstren ut över hav och strandängar. Granne med ett naturreservat med många olika fåglar, fantastiskt för fågelskådning! Havet ligger bara några steg bort, vandra genom ängarna med vilda blommor, den långa stranden med orörd mjuk sand, sträcker sig en km. Omgivningarna, ljuset, himlen – speciellt stjärnorna på natten- ”Vintergatan”.

Here you live in beautiful Katthammarsvik, next to the popular smokehouse with its restaurant. 1.5 km from Östergarns IK with tennis courts, disc golf, and beautiful running trails. In the harbor, you can also rent kayaks from one of the island's many Kayakomauter. 5.5 km from Herrvik harbor and 5.6 km from Sandviken campground.

Grandma's Brygghus Unique Home in Historic Building

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. Brygghuset is a two floor accommodation for a relaxing getaway. You live in a rural idyll with the forest around the corner. Here grandmother dricku = Gotland mead, washed clothes and here honey was thrown, potatoes and vegetables and food were stored for winter's needs. The property has a special staircase to the second floor. You really relax in this house. We have vegetable growing and have flea market every now and then.
