The house can be reached in 10 minutes by foot from the train station. The nearest tram stop is around the corner. By car you can easily reach your destination via the Kronenbrücke. It is 3 minutes to the university, 10 minutes to the pedestrian zone, 3 minutes to the indoor pool with outdoor area and large playground. Parking costs €10.00 per day.

Mitten im schönen Weingebiet gibt es viele Möglichkeiten Ihren Urlaub kreativ zu gestalten. Die nahegelegene Stadt Freiburg bietet eine Vielzahl an kulturellen Angeboten, verschiedene Theater, Konzerte, Museen und historische Bauwerke. Unsere Gäste profitieren von freien Fahrten in der gesamten Region mit Bus und Bahn mit der Kornusgästekarte.

Die tageslichtdurchflutete Souterainwohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und einen kleinen Außensitzplatz (für z.B. Frühstücke im Sonnenschein). Der Ortsteil Waltershofen liegt am Fuße der wunderschönen Weinbergregion Tuniberg & Kaiserstuhl. Das Freiburger Zentrum ist in ca. 15Min. mit dem Auto bzw. 30Min. mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen

The accommodation has a separate entrance and has the character of a small basement apartment. The living/bedroom is completely newly furnished, friendly and lovingly with white furniture, 1.60 m bed with bedside table, rattan seating group + coffee table, chairs with light covers, beautiful large wardrobe. In the "Ferienhaus zur alten Mauer" in Eichstetten am Kaiserstuhl we rent three apartments. The Tannengrün vacation home is modern, cozy and comfortably furnished and has a small balcony with seating. The wellness area with sauna and hot tub in the house invites you to relax after a nice hike. The vacation home is located in the upper village of Eichstetten in a quiet location. In just a 5-minute walk you are right in the Eichstetter vineyards - surrounded by nature.
