My place is in Gouarec, a pretty town in the heart of Brittany, on the Nantes-Brest Canal, the Voie Verte 6 & 7 cycling routes & forests. All with miles of cycling & walking. The beautiful coastlines of Brittany are only just over 1 hour drive. The beach at Lac de Guerledan is 10 mins away. A good selection of shops, bars & restaurants are available. You’ll love my place because "Bon Repos" is modern bright & airy & is equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, inc. bedding & towels

Gite du Lac in Caurel (6-7 people)

The house is close to the town center, restaurants and 1.5 km from Lake Guerlédan. The accommodation is perfect for families, hikers on foot and on horseback, business travelers, workers, cyclists and four-legged companions and horses. (direct access to greenway) Caurel is conveniently located in the heart of Brittany. Great walks in the forest, water activities on the lake, local entertainment throughout the season are at your disposal. English spoken in addition to French, of course.

Spacious, renovated and equipped, to comfortably accommodate 4 people, bright and pleasant with all the comforts necessary for your stay. At the edge of a wood in a quiet cul-de-sac in the countryside. Numerous hiking trails. Close to all shops (Super U, bakery, tobacco press, doctor etc...). 20 minutes from Lake Guerlédan - 40 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 1 hour from the Emerald Coast.

Sordan Beach (restaurant, water activities, swimming) is a 5-minute drive, 30-minute walk away. 10 minutes away, on Sunday mornings: Bon Repos market or visit the Abbey of Bon Repos or enjoy the towpaths of the Nantes-Brest Canal. Hiking or mountain biking trails at the foot of the house. Shops are 10 minutes away. Optional linens and towels. No cleaning service.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Welcome to Lann Avel, a characterful longhouse located in a quiet village, ideal for a relaxing stay. Enjoy a large wooded park to relax, a stone's throw from the Liscuis hiking trails and its nature reserve. The canal from Nantes to Brest, the abbey of Bon-Repos and the lake of Guerlédan are very close. Swimming, walks, water activities, shops and swimming pool are accessible in a few minutes. A peaceful and refreshing setting awaits you!

By renovating it, we wanted furniture that you won't find at everyone's place, wood furniture, which has charm, a history, most often made in France. This concept brings serenity, calm and comfort. The renovation is also chosen in harmony with respect for ecology: hemp/lime walls, straw insulation, wooden partitions, slate slabs in the bathroom and toilet.

Ideal for taking a short break when you're visiting the area, we offer our renovated caravan sheltered under a wooden bark carport. Located in the countryside while being close to amenities, (2 km from the city center and 700 m from the supermarket) you will be quiet and can enjoy very nice walks from our home. 1km from the canal from Nantes to Brest, 1km from the Guerlédan dam and 1km from the village of St Aignan, well-equipped studio at the end of a longhouse with independent entrance, very quiet place. Ideal for cyclists, walkers or hikers as a couple or solo. Many nearby hiking trails, mountain biking and water activities. We are also 50 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and 1 hour from the Golf du Morbihan.

Gîte near Lake Guerlédan

A few kilometers from Lake Guerlédan, this cottage for 4 people, redone in 2012, is composed of an entrance, a kitchen/dining room – living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and two toilets. It is located 5 km from Bon Repos Abbey, 10 km from Lake Guerlédan, 60 km from Lorient or St Brieuc. Guests will have access to a large garden, deck chairs, BBQ, ping pong table and badminton set.

Ground floor - Gîtes de Botplançon, Pays de Guerlédan

Second home of all the Botplançon cottages, the gîte Rézé is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without vis-à-vis. It can accommodate up to 3 people using the sofa bed. The kitchen bar is well equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, kettle, toaster...).

The Convent's Secret Room, Balneo, home cinema, patio

Romantique room, au cœur de la Bretagne, avec vue sur le canal. Le confort à été apporté pour les couples, baignoire balnéo deux places dans le SALON, lit spacieux à baldaquin 180/200 cm. Un patio pour les fumeurs et non fumeur, cosy intérieur, lumineux. Pour les personnes sensibles aux bruits, je déconseille, le bien est situé en ville dans une rue passante.
