Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

Teresa’s place exceeded my wife’s and my expectations. Not only is the unit one of the cleanest we’ve ever experienced, but it felt high-end, complete with robes, slippers, comfortable bedding, and a very nice bathroom equipped with not only great-smelling bath gel, shampoo, and conditioner, but body lotion (all of which my wife appreciated) and even other items you might find in mid-and-upper-range hotel rooms. We cooked just about every night in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed the views from the balcony, sitting outside whenever we had the chance. The nearby bakeries were also perfect for morning pastries and daily baguettes, and the market near the police station had a great selection of local wines, ciders, produce, etc. The Smart TV allowed us to log into our streaming accts. and Wi-fi was great. Once we figured out how to use the combo washer/dryer, we appreciated having the ability to do a few loads of laundry. We had a thoroughly great time during our stay.

It was a very clean and comfortable accommodation. I was able to spend a happy vacation on a beautiful balcony.

We spent a week in Ivana's beautiful accommodation. We were very warmly received and immediately felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean. The terrace, the view and the pool are heavenly and perfect for relaxation. There was very comfortable new furniture on the terrace. The apartment itself is very modern and comfortable: automatic ventilation, air conditioning, electric shutters and awnings. I was also pleased with the induction hob, as you can cook very quickly here. Our children also liked the large spacious garden with pool, the chickens and the view. The whole family of Ivana is very friendly and warm. We went on great excursions, including a highly recommended hike in the Verdon gorge. It was a perfect family vacation for us. We would book this accommodation again at any time... even if the street to the house is narrow☺️, but if you drive slowly, it's all no problem.

Fred was the perfect host. The apartment had everything you could possibly need, lots of space to relax and the rooms were all so spacious. Coffee pods and tea provided. We had a long weekend at the apartment and it was ideal to use as a base for exploring the local area. Amazing value for money, we would definitely return back to Fred’s apartment.

We stayed a week in Anne's place and had a great time! The appartment looks super nice with a great view and comfy bed. It also has literally everything you might need and more, which made it so convenient! The village itself is also beautiful to walk around and great to stay in. Many restaurants and bakeries nearby. Would totally recommend 😊

Amélie's place was perfect for us, just as it appears in the photos. We were there without a car and were able to walk into St Paul de Vence via a pretty path to the side of the road, and catch the bus to places that were further afield from the nearby bus stop. We loved the view from the terrace.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

We had a cozy but rainy 4 day stay at Raphaël’s lovely apartment. It is spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable. The views from each room, including the bathroom, are gorgeous, and even though we encountered many rainy days, we were content to stay in and enjoy the apartment. Beds are comfortable, there is individual heating in every room. Communication was clear, and we were warmly welcomed by one of Raphaël’s relatives who went beyond the call of duty to help us.

The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - very close to the beach, restaurants and shops for all provisions. The host was very responsive and even dropped off some goodies on our first morning! The apartment was very comfortable and there were lots of useful additions for the beach, such as towels, parasol, beach mat, chair and body board! We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Raymond and Anne share with guests their beautiful home, but they are exceptionally warm, interesting, and charming people to meet. It was an excellent combination for a magical and memorable vacation to Monaco. I would not go back unless we can stay with them again! Besides the amazing views, refreshing pool and clean jacuzzi, there were even fireworks several of the nights over the bay! Our hosts generously left wine, snacks, and coffee in the unit, as well as a fully stocked bathroom. More than anything, we really loved spending time with them. Highly recommend this AirBnB!

We had a wonderful vacation at Christine and Bruno's. They are extremely welcoming hosts who answer all questions and give good advice! The accommodation is a little corner of paradise that allows you to disconnect completely! All the equipment indicated is provided and more. Attention for vacationers requiring PRM access, the access to the accommodation is limited since there is a fairly steep descent. Thank you again for having us! An incredible accommodation for a romantic stay! The decoration is beautiful, the apartment is very, very clean and the hosts took care to leave small touches in the accommodation! The location is very quiet, which makes the stay even more enjoyable! Only small downside, the curtains are not sufficient and we were awakened by the light but it is a detail. This experience is really worth it!
