It is spacious and comfortable, with a balcony with a beautiful view, 400 MB Wi-Fi that allows you to work remotely, a private barbecue, glass walls, a living and dining room integrated with the kitchen, natural lighting in all rooms, air conditioning in the bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room.
