we travel to Florianópolis twice a year. We have been staying here for more than 20 years and this is really the best place my family and I have stayed. If you are looking for a high level in everything and quality accommodation, this place is 100% recommended.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. As Silvana showed in the photos, with all the necessary amenities, in addition to the game rooms, courts, pool, everything really wonderful. I was pleasantly struck by the condominium's security measures, Uber transfers and the whole island in general, the receptionists were very friendly and attentive, especially Kennio. Silvana took care of all the necessary details to make our stay unforgettable. We will definitely return when we have the chance again.

Myself and my family had a great experience. Rodrigo was very helpful and gave us all the information very clearly even before we arrived. The apartment is very nice, with good infrastructure, clean, comfortable and organized. The condominium structure is also excellent. We love everything.

Everything was great, Greice was very clear in the instructions and everything is faithful to the listing, the house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and the beach is within walking distance. I felt at home, very quiet neighborhood.

Location faithful to the description, cozy accommodation and the view is beautiful at sunrise. I recommend it. NOTE: It is on the 4th floor, but there are 7 flights of stairs that make it seem like it is on the 7th floor, but this is only an impression due to the style of the building. If you have a back problem or a lot of luggage, think twice. Other than that, the place and the location were very good.

Great place , very close to the beach, just cross the avenue. You can leave the car and do everything on foot .

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! We'd love to be back one day.

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated all well. The showers have poor contact, which connects each other automatically connects. In the kitchen we miss a knife for bread and also a knife for a meal. We were 8 people and had 7. There was a quarter that the lamp was burned, but it was solved quickly with the help of the porters, very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large classes (8 people and also for families with kids). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend.

Perfect studio in great location! I loved my stay at Manhattan Flats. The space is modern, well decorated, comfortable and very clean. The location is excellent, close to the beach and everything I needed. The building has a great structure, with well-equipped gym and a leisure area with pool table that was a plus in the experience. Ideal for relaxing and also maintaining the training routine. Super recommend and I will definitely return!

Literally the best Airbnb I have ever been in my life. I felt completely at home. Super comfortable, cozy, surrounded by nature, and obviously a lot of attention and affection were used in decorating the house, beautiful plants, wonderful bathroom, tasty room, and overall great. Excellent place, very clean, tidy, spacious and large, it has a privileged view, exit to the beach directly from the building, excellent hosts very collaborative and eager to help in what you ask them 10/10, I would go again without a doubt.
