2-bedroom, 1.5 bath home is part of a duplex, the other side has a full-time renter. Quiet street, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. in East Vancouver. There is enough parking for 2 cars to fit in tandem in the driveway + plenty of street parking. One bedroom has a K bed and the other is an office space with a trundle bed that can be set up as a T or K and a Q plug-in air mattress. Enjoy time outside on the private back patio or inside with a fire in the wood-burning fireplace.

The studio cottage is located in an east Portland neighborhood bordering the city of Gresham. It is close to public transport (near a MAX light rail station), the airport and outdoor activities (the Columbia Gorge; Mt Hood) and is a 20-30 min drive to downtown. It's cozy (eclectic vintage style), a wooded 1-acre setting within the city limits, and has secure premises (electric gate). Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. Please no young children.

Our tiny home started life as a commuter bus in Manchester, England, in 1953, then did stints in San Francisco and Mt. St. Helens before finding a home as the Grilled Cheese Grill in Portland. Now it’s been reimagined as a mid century modern-inspired tiny home, with whimsical painting details from one of its former lives and fresh new handmade details that make it a cozy, inspiring stay. And set up to get work done too! 15 minutes to PDX, 30 minutes to downtown Portland and an hour to Multnomah Falls. Sleeps five comfortably! There are two steps up to the front door. There is also one step in the bathroom up to the toilet and bathtub/Shower combo.
