Holiday rentals with beach access in Government of Amsterdam

Moritz is a wonderful host, the place was very cozy and had a true home spirit. The location is great and is a few minutes away from Vondelpark which is truly appreciated, especially if you like vibrance and nature. I will definitely stay here again when in Amsterdam.

Martian’s apartment was exactly what we were after. Comfortable and well positioned with a lovely canal outlook. Easy to walk to from the central train station and within walking distance of all the major attractions like the Anne Frank House, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and lots of great places to eat and drink. On check in Martijn also provided a list of local recommendations which was appreciated. We’d definitely stay again!

Would wholeheartedly recommend this place - we had a really lovely stay. This is a warm, homely, stylish and spacious flat. Nice location, in a quiet residential area directly opposite a park and beautiful old water tower, and a few minutes walk to the metro that takes you into central Amsterdam in less than 10 mins. And the hosts were very helpful and communicative.

The apartment was cozy and we really enjoyed our stay there. The location was perfect (not too close to the crowded areas but close enough to easily get to places).

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Amsterdam und haben den Aufenthalt in Rutgers Wohnung sehr genossen. Der Blick auf den See ist traumhaft und auf dem Balkon hat man bis zum Sonnenuntergang Sonne. Die Wohnung ist klasse eingerichtet und alles sauber und gepflegt. Rutger hat uns persönlich begrüßt und alles erklärt. Es gab auch Stroopwafeln zur Begrüßung 😊 Wir konnten mit der Tram in 30min ins Zentrum von Amsterdam fahren. Vor dem Haus lag leider Müll, aber dafür kann Rutger nichts. Wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Rutger buchen.

We loved staying in Muiden, such a cute walkable spot with some great restaurants/cafes nearby. Space was clean and had everything we needed. We also walked to the medieval castle which was very cool!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a market, dining, and the tram system. This was a perfect location to unwind after busy days exploring the city. We appreciated Tim’s flexibility with check in, local recommendations for restaurants, and good communication. Apartment was well appointed with a comfy bed to refresh for the next day of adventuring.

We’ve enjoyed staying at Gerrit’s place. Host was friendly and communicated well. House has a lovely little garden 🏡, and beautiful surroundings 🌳🏡. It’s a peaceful neighborhood! highly recommended :)

Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und liegt in ruhiger Umgebung mit bester ÖPNV Anbindung an ArenA, Ziggo Dome sowie Amsterdam Zentrum. Herzlichen Dank! Annette’s home was a great base to explore Amsterdam with our young family. The house is about a 5-10 minute walk to the tram with regular, quick service to Amsterdam. Stores are about 10-15 mins walk. The area is peaceful and there are beautiful views from the house. The kitchen is beautiful and well appointed. The bedrooms and living room are large even by American standards. We did not use the garage but it would be very helpful for anyone exploring further afield with a car.

From the moment we arrived, we were really impressed by this lovely Airbnb. The place was clean, tastefully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming feel. Thoughtful touches like the cozy linens, well-equipped kitchen, and the peaceful garden bench made it especially comfortable. Our host was great – very responsive and kind. They shared helpful local tips, clear instructions, and even checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going smoothly. The location was perfect for us: quiet and relaxing, but still close to Amsterdam and everything we wanted to explore. I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnbs over the years, and this one definitely stood out in the best way. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family without hesitation. Thanks for a truly enjoyable stay – it made the trip even more special.

Bas and Jason are amazing hosts for this rental. The space is beautifully designed and we enjoyed our downtime there every bit as much as our time in Amsterdam. The kitchen is remarkably well appointed including an espresso maker and air fryer. The area is quiet and we enjoyed walking along the water for a local dinner at Restaurant Five. The tram to Centraal Station is just 2 minutes outside the door and takes 15-20minutes in depending on the time of day. This rental would be ideal for families with children. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay, everything was perfect and we had everything we needed within the house, spacious rooms and everything was spotless. Plenty of privacy in and outwith the house, appliances are easy to use, and perfect walking distance to shops/train station, would definitely be back if given the chance !

Soggiorno di 4 notti in 4 con 2 bambini di 3 e 6anni. La casa di Guido è ideale per i bambini che hanno molto appressato il salta salta nel giardino oltre che gli spazi esterni ed interni molto vivibili. Nonostante il circondario sia residenziale il centro è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di tram. Assolutamente consigliatissimo.

Wir waren mit einem großen Freundeskreis für vier Tage in Aniques Haus zu Gast. Nach dem persönlichem Empfang und der kleinen Einweisung haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Küche und die Terrasse war unser Place to be und mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir das Dorf und die naturnahe Landschaft um Muiden erkunden. Der großartige Bäcker vor der Tür, und kleinere Lokalitäten haben uns toll mit Speis und Trank versorgt. Das Kochen in der großen Küche war großartig und ein besonderes Erlebnis. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Jeder von uns hatte auch einen Raum/Zimmer als Rückzugsort, da das Haus groß genug war. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Auch die 3 Toiletten bzw. WC‘s haben uns das Zusammenleben erleichtert. Vielen Dank auch für den farbenfrohen Blumenemfang. Wir werden unseren Miniurlaub in Muiden sehr positiv in Erinnerung behalten.

I stayed in Balaz's apartment for a week with my two older daughters. It is very tastefully furnished and has everything you need. The apartment is the ideal base for excursions into the city center of Amsterdam, the connection by streetcar is easy to reach and you are at the central station in a quarter of an hour. When you've had enough of the hustle and bustle of the city, you can relax in the apartment or on the nearby beach. I can highly recommend Balazs' apartment for Amsterdam vacations.

We spent a wonderful week at Derek's place. Very easy to get to via public transportation from the airport. Derek was responsive to messages and met us when we arrived to hand over keys and gave a quick tour. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen had everything we would need if we wanted to cook. I love the Dutch configuration of having the shower in its own huge room and separate room for the toilet. The balcony was a lovely place to sit in the afternoon sunshine. The neighborhood was within walking distance to Museumplien, Melkweg, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation. Would stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Martin and Eva’s spacious and beautifully renovated ground-floor apartment (with step free access). The location is great for those who enjoy peace and quiet, yet it’s still close enough to the city center. Just minutes from Vondelpark and Rembrandtpark, it offers a nice balance between relaxation and accessibility. The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, with access to a peaceful garden terrace in the backyard, great for enjoying some fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen, included a microwave, oven, and dishwasher etc. The living room featured a new TV with Netflix, ideal for unwinding. The ground-floor location offered step-free access, which was very convenient. Martin was an outstanding and communicative host, accommodating a late check-out due to a flight change and stocking the fridge with both regular and non-alcoholic beverages. Overall, this is a comfortable retreat with a lovely outdoor space. Dank je wel, Martin (& Eva)!

10+ years on AirBnB and this is hands down our favorite experience. Five stars is not enough! The house was immaculately clean, with comfortable and modern design. It felt like a luxury hotel - but with character. Our hosts anticipated our needs and left out everything we could want. The neighborhood is quiet but convenient for tourists - walkable to De Pijp, and right by a tram stop. We cooked meals in the evenings, the kitchen is fantastic, and enjoyed lots of time on the patio. It was ideal for our family of four (3 & 14 year olds). Thank you, Jan and family, for sharing your home with us!

Brian was great from beginning to end. We got instructions for finding the keys in a lock box, got into the apartment and immediately felt at home. Clean, light, airy and comfortable. Brian gave us local restaurant recommendations that were perfect. And quickly responded when I couldn't figure out the washing machine. It was seamless from beginning to end. The location is perfect for long canal walks, exploring a fun area of the city and close to bus and tram lines to get you whereever you want to go. Highly recommend!

Really nice area, was easy to get to and Erwin was really nice and helpful.

We had a wonderful time as a family. The hosts provided LOTS of toys, crib, baby gate, changing pad, high chairs, kids furniture, more than we have had anywhere else we have ever stayed! It was truly a home away from home and we loved getting to visit this slice of Amsterdam. The location was also incredible, right on a canal, with tram lines, grocery stores, coffee shops, playgrounds, restaurants, markets, and more all in walking distance.
