I really liked the relaxed and sparkling atmosphere I felt in the Gold Coast, Australia, when I was 20. The sunshine, the breeze, the sunset, and that feeling that makes you feel good even when you're just sitting still. So, while preparing this accommodation, I wanted to create a space that reflects the aesthetics I have always loved. I wanted to create a terrace accommodation like the Gold Coast in South Korea. The terrace is by far my favorite space here. It's nice to have a cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the sunlight, It's a great place to end the day quietly in the evening, watching the night view of the opposition party and the ruling party. Olive Young, Daiso, Wondang Market, and convenience stores are also within a 5-minute walk. You can use it as a quiet office space just for yourself, as a place to live for a month, or as a business trip accommodation near the Won-dang area. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in the main building, but if there is no space, you can park in the public parking lot in front of the main building.
