Görkan’s house was an exceptionally comfortable and welcoming place to stay. It was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including ample cutlery, plates, and a set of pots that looked brand new. The spacious layout made us feel right at home, and the peaceful surroundings ensured quiet nights. The bedding and mattresses were very comfortable, allowing us to sleep soundly throughout our stay. Görkan’s team was attentive and responsive, providing helpful support from check-in to check-out and promptly answering any questions we had. Overall, we were very happy with our stay in Serik and would gladly return.

We had a great time at the villa. The strongest capability of the place is privacy and security. Our stay was nicely organized . So we could fully concentrate on spending time together. The entire house with a private pool was fully arranged for our group. In addition to that, the team organized a vehicle with a professional driver available during the entire stay. We could reach all surrounding beaches, cities, shops and other locations. In case of any issues or questions, the team was open to resolve it. Regarding the consumption fee. Please double check all the details with the host in advance. The process was fully transparent for us. I totally recommend the place. It is fully suitable for families with children. Konaklamamız oldukça güzel geçti. 2 aile 7 kişi geldik ve sitenin sakinliği, evin kendi havuzunun olması çok rahat hissettirdi. Ev sahibi gerçekten anlayışlı ve pozitif biri. Tavsiye ediyorum.

Very nice villa with an amazing pool and facilities. Location is good for visiting land of legends, Antalya old town and a few beaches, although you need transport. Ufuk from the complex was very helpful in giving us transport cheaper than regular taxis, he was very flexible and also gave us advice on where to visit.

Kerim bey çok nazik,çözüm odaklı ve profesyoneldi. Ricalarımızı anında karşıladı. Ev büyük, konforlu ve temizdi. Havuz bakımlıydı. Konaklamamız sırasında çok rahat ettik. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz.

Het huis was geweldig en kwam ook overeen zoals op foto’s. Het was schoon en we hadden alle privacy. Enigste min punt vond ik persoonlijk dat er minder goede restaurants waren in de omgeving en vooral Belek restaurants waren vooral gericht op toeristen en niet te eten.

Ali is a great host, friendly and communicative you should always reach out to him he will make your life easy. The place is huge with a lot of bathrooms. The pool and the garden are a fantastic feature I was there with 8 friends and we had a huge barbecue and spent the days swimming. It’s a bit of a distance to the town centre but it’s a walking distance to the house of Legends which is a humongous shopping area that’s full of restaurants and shops and other activities. The beach is a short ride and you’ll be very close to the main street where it’s easy to find taxis. Supermarket is a minute walk and there’s a very nice cafe and bar 50 meters away, there’s also take way places that deliver pizza and local food. Arriving to the place could be tricky as taxis will always take you to street 116 instead of 118 so make sure you have your maps opened and use Yeldiz supermarket as your land mark.

Firat to wspaniały gospodarz, mieszkanie było przestronne i bardzo czyste, wyposażony w cały sprzęt potrzebny do gotowania (piekarnik, mikrofala, kuchenka etc) i prania, były też ręczniki plażowe. Gospodarz pomógł nam w transferze z lotniska i na lotnisko, mieliśmy z nim stały kontakt przez aplikację. Apartament bardzo blisko morza, blisko prywatne plaże na których wynajmowaliśmy leżaki. Cudowny pobyt. Polecam pobyt w apartamencie u Firata, to nasze najlepsze wakacje w Turcji do tej pory. dziękujemy :)

Отличный хозяин. Всегда на связи, быстро реагирует на просьбы, и готов помочь. Вход отдельный,всё есть,также есть возможность готовить на своей кухне, посуда и др в наличии.Вода в душе горячая всегда есть.

Tatilimizi gayet güzel ve rahat bir şekilde geçirdik. Eğer siz de konforlu ve huzurlu bir yer arıyorsanız, burası sizin için uygun olabilir. Havuz yeterli büyüklükteydi ve oldukça temizdi. Ev sahibi de oldukça ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konum olarak harika bir yerde; plaja ve gezilecek tarihi yerlere çok uzak değil. Evin temizliği de gayet iyiydi. Gelecek yaz tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. Ailecek çok güzel vakit geçirdik. Buradan tekrar teşekkür ediyorum ve burayı size de gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ediyorum.

Kerim as Host and Ufuk as driver were very responsible and allways reachable. The house were as seen on the pictures, with a lot of space and a nice pool area. Belek town center is reachable in 5 minutes with car. Small supermarkets can be find directly out of the complex. The house was also very clean and in a good condition. The only two small downsides were that the house is the last in the row of the complex and therefore it can be from time to time a little bit loud bcz of the street next to the house, and that no basic utilities (salt, pepper, oil, washing powder) were available. in conclusion we fully recomment the house of Kerim and you can have an awesome time there

Eine geräumige Unterkunft für 6 Personen finden wir sonst kaum mit diesen Möglichkeiten, vorallem der Pool war toll, nicht nur für die Kinder. 10 Tage mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, fair, korrekt und sehr zu empfehlen. Arif bey - teṣekkür ederiz! Ṣükrü beye ve Karadenize selamlar!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt und in der Beschreibung beschrieben. Positiv zu ergänzen ist, dass es sich jeden Morgen um den Pool gekümmert wurde. Außerdem stand der Gastgeber bei auftretenden Fragen immer zur Verfügung und hat sehr schnell geantwortet . Hinzu kommt, dass wir sowohl beim Check-in als auch beim Check-out flexible Möglichkeiten hatten. Zu ergänzen ist, dass das Haus etwas außerhalb liegt, aber die Unterkunft stellt einen Fahrer zur Verfügung, der sehr hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und sympathisch ist. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und selber nochmal wieder kommen.

Kerim was very helpful - when we arrived he guided us to his place and explained a few practical things to start us off. The place felt better than described and we settled in quickly. It was hot, but the air-con worked well in all rooms. Kitchen was good, with all amenities including a water cooler delivering ice cold water - excellent. Pool was super clean and water was at a great temperature. An added bonus was access to another large swimming pool just 1 minute walk away - great for getting in the lengths to burn calories after great food at nearby restaurants! Kerim set up "messaging" for us to ask for anything and he was very responsive - eg finding us a corkscrew and delivering water for the cooler. He also sent links to local amenities which was helpful. Checkout was seamless and payment for water and electricity was easy and fair pricing (approx £50 for the week) Overall - a very relaxing stay - highly recommended!
