Das Ferienhaus liegt im Naturpark Sternberger Seenland, ist 200 Jahre alt und war das ehem. Eishaus des Gutshauses. Es wurde 2017 vollkommen saniert. Die Sauna, Kanu, Ruderboot, Stand-Up-Paddle sowie eine Tischtennisplatte und Badminton können kostenfrei genutzt werden. Groß Raden hat ein archäologisches Freilichtmuseum mit Ferienprogrammen und zwei Restaurants. Vom Steg oder Boot aus kann man angeln oder schwimmen. Zur Ostsee, nach Schwerin sowie nach Wismar und Rostock sind ca. 45 km.

Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

Die Wohnung ist geeignet für max. 3 Erwachsene und insg. nicht mehr als 2 Kinder (Couch 1,26 m x 2,00 m). Es gibt einen Kinderhochstuhl, Sandkasten, Spielzeug, Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele

Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohn -Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Die Küche befindet sich auf der gleichen Etage außerhalb der Ferienwohnungund wird von noch einer FeWo genutzt wobei jede ihren eigenenKühlschrank, KaffeemaschineundToasterhat. Das Gästehaus ist zentral gelegen und somit sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Bahn ,Bushaltestellen und der schöne Ostseestrand leicht fußläufig erreichbar. Auf dem Grundstück gibt es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz und einen großen Garten der zum Entspannen einlädt.

The place lies between Lake Kummerow and Lake Teterow. The Baltic Sea can be reached in just an hour.

The 35m2 apartment is only about 700m away from the fine sandy beach. The Baltic Sea spa Graal Müritz is a very quiet holiday resort right on the Baltic Sea. Beach, restaurant and shopping are within walking distance. The apartment has a kitchen, a well-kept bathroom and an entire living & sleeping room. There are 2 + 1 sleeping facilities available. Consisting of a double bed and a pull out couch for max. 1 toddler. We also provide a travel cot on request.

Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the basement of our house. We bought the house in mid 2018 and renovated it according to our performances. The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our apartment. There is room for two in the bedroom and a cot is also available.

Relaxed parking right outside the door. 15 minutes by car to Warnemünde beach, 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket and bus, 10 minutes' walk to the stadium or indoor swimming pool. Accommodation not for purely tourist purposes because of the resulting obligation to pay a spa tax for the Hanseatic city of Rostock
