Welcome to our sunny little apartment with a closet full of books, original art on the walls and a kitchenette for light meals. Worth seeing on the farm: the BLACK BOX GALLERY and the YELLOW CUBE ceramic studio. The Kunsthof is located on the edge of the Rostock heath, conveniently on the L22, with horse paddocks vis a vis. The Baltic Sea + shopping are 5 km away. Bus stop is almost outside the door.

The apartment consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large balcony. The well-equipped kitchen unit with modern appliances (including induction cooktop, convection oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine) is noteworthy. Also available are kitchen scales, grater, salad spinner, garlic press. The sofa can be converted into a comfortable sleeping area (160 × 200). A large flat-screen TV is also available. -Winter break from December 22, 25-April 5, 26- The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with dilapidated charm for 2 people located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage and thereby preserving it. Hello dear guests, our apartment is located in the basement of our house. We bought the house in mid 2018 and renovated it according to our performances. The apartment is correspondingly newly renovated and furnished. For us, the Baltic Sea was our second home for a long time and has become our new home. You are welcome to find your second home in our apartment. There is room for two in the bedroom and a cot is also available.

A nice, cozy room awaits. There you will find a bed, couch, wardrobe, TV and a small sitting area. The blanket is oversized. There is no kitchen. For small meals, appropriate dishes are available as well as a kettle, fridge and a hot plate for you. You use the bathroom with shower alone. We could rarely meet in the hallway. I can also offer you a bike. If necessary, you can check in in the morning.

The sunny 2-room apartment is a dream for sun lovers. It is 49 m² and designed for 3 people. The fine sandy Baltic Sea beach can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. On the balcony you can have your coffee in the sun as early as 10 am. Later, you can relax in your own beach chair until the sun slowly disappears around 6 pm.
