**Great Stay Minutes from Plitvice Lakes** We had a great experience staying at Ivana’s place. The location was ideal—just minutes from Plitvice Lakes. Ivana met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home, which was a thoughtful touch. The space has been updated with stylish mid-century modern furnishings and felt very comfortable. She also kindly allowed us a later checkout, which made a big difference. It gave us time to enjoy the national park without feeling rushed before heading out on the next leg of our road trip. We’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area!

Everything was great! The place was spotless and exactly as described. The host was friendly and quick to respond. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a homey getaway!

It was such a lovely area and it felt right at home. We checked in earlier and there was fresh fruit, snacks for my son, easter eggs for both my children and a lovely local red wine that was so smooth. They gave us tips on where to go and what to try in the area and what to eat. They even gave us some fresh eggs. It was a great stay. So responsive and absolutely amazing house to stay in. We had a ball!!!! Great playing area for the kids, as well as some games in the house. This was a great stay.

The apartment is surrounded by greenery and in a very quiet area, very close to the entrances of Plitvice Park. The hosts were very kind and friendly. Recommended!

The stay at Marjia's was great: well-equipped, clean and quiet apartment, wonderful surroundings and a lovely, helpful family of Marija, who lives just across the street. The location of the apartment is not only ideal for a visit to the Plitvice Lakes, so a multi-day stay is worthwhile. The area has a lot to offer: wonderful, well-signposted hiking trails (e.g. from Slunj to the source of the river Slunjcice), kayak tours, cycling, cave visits or even sport fishing. The tourist information in Slunj has a lot of information.

We had an amazing week stay here. Dijana was such a proactive and helpful host. She graciously accommodated our late check in (very early hours of the morning) and was there on arrival to show us the amenities. She gave great local walking/shopping recommendations. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning. It is a short drive from any shops and plenty of local walks. The hot tub was divine.

The accommodation is very well located for visiting the lakes (early in the morning). The house is nice and quiet. We were well received upon arrival and the hosts answered our questions, it was pleasant.

Located in a beautiful town, it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. You can tell it's a well-loved family home, and we really appreciated the warmth and comfort. Ivan’s apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In a great quiet location. Ivan kindly allowed me to lock my motorbike in his garage overnight. Would stay again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the spotless cleanliness to the thoughtful amenities provided. The space was exactly as described, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly throughout, making the entire experience stress-free. We felt right at home and would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Staying here was lovely and was of amazing value. Very peaceful and had more amenities than we realized when it came to the kitchen area. Ivana is lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Plitvice Lakes…which is a must do if going to Croatia!! Don’t miss out!

Convenient to the park entrance (2), great local restaurant, grocery store nearby, and so nice to have 3 bathrooms. The area was quiet and we wish we could have used the grill or fireplace but we only stayed for one night.

We stayed two nights at Jelena’s and found her place to be scrupulously clean, very comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of Plitvice Lakes National Park, which is why we were in that part of Croatia in the first place. The nearby pizza restaurant was very good and the market close to Jelena’s place had an excellent selection of groceries and other items. Jelena was a pleasure to deal with at all times, very kind and helpful and responsive. We would be happy to stay at her apartment again if we were back in that area. Great stay, great host, great place to visit!

We had a lovely two nights here.Mladen is a very enthusiastic and professional host, providing detailed tour routes and pick-up and drop-off services, very active and punctual communication, making our trip worry-free, easy and comfortable.The room is very clean and tidy, the surrounding environment is beautiful and quiet, the pool is heated, and it is very comfortable.Zen is actually very well-behaved, and won't bark once it gets used to you.

The host's homemade cake was delicious, and we were able to enjoy afternoon tea in a beautiful environment as soon as we arrived!

Very nice and flexible host! The accommodation was nice, clean and quiet - perfect for relaxing. Especially great: the proximity to the Plitvice Lakes. We felt very comfortable.

Flexible with checkin time. Very clear instructions with pictures of location and checkin procedures. Comfortable bed and great shower with hot water. Perfect place for 2 people visiting Plitvice Lakes. Walkable to cute little pizza restaurant and market. Very convenient to have BOTH a washer and dryer.

This place is well located on the way into Otocac and very easy to find, with parking in the back of the house. The apartment was spotlessly clean and looked just like the pictures. We were very comfortable for our one night stay. We would definitely stay here again, and for longer; it would be a great base to explore the Northern Velebit National Park from, and the beautiful scenery around it. Otocac is also a lovely town with plenty of cafes, bakeries, supermarkets etc.

Excellent host, communication and place, tidy, spacious and an excellent place for a family getaway

The accommodation fully meets our expectations and the pictures. It was easy to find. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable, the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, no outside noise. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. We received all the necessary information from the host in advance, so no further information was needed after our arrival. Parking in the courtyard is convenient. The area is beautiful, with several good quality restaurants and larger grocery stores nearby. If I come to the area again I will choose this one.
