The apartment is accessible down a flight of stairs with a separate entrance and private garden/patio. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

The flat is on the hillside of the liechtensteinensian Alps with a beautiful view over the Rheintal-valley. With modern style you will enjoy a comfortable stay in our little Principality. The bus-stop is a minute away from the flat. The center of the capital of our country "Vaduz" is 5 minutes by bus, the mountains for hiking or skiing 15 minutes. The flat is a duplex-apartment with two floors. To the apartment belong 2 parking-spots for free directly next to it.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace.
