Arrivals are from 3pm until 8pm. It is possible to get the keys earlier depending on availability. Between 8pm and 11pm, additional cost: 25 € Arrivals after 11pm have an additional cost of 40 €. Small and central apartment placed at one of the highest hills of Lisbon with a breathtaking view. Perfect place to accomodate a couple willing to visit one of the most traditional neighborhoods of the city of Lisbon. Five minutes walking from most of the main attractions, such as the castle, the flea market or Lisbon downtown, this apartment is placed in a calm residential district making possible to avoid the daily rush of the central city. The apartment had been recentrly remodeled and is fully equiped for a major confort.

The cottages have been restored respecting the original architecture yet designed with a modern aesthetic by Paratelier architects. Lisbon's 13th century wall, the "Muralha Fernandina", is integrated into the back wall of each of the living rooms.

Beleza de Graça - Where Lisbon Still Lives

Built about 110 years ago, maintains its original features. It has been renovated in March 2014, transporting us to the little comforts of today. It is sunny, has soul, and lot of history. The old construction of this building does not have the soundproofing characteristics of more modern buildings, so this house is not recommended for light sleepers.
