Good accommodation if you want to be a little more on your own with friends and family. The biggest disadvantage was probably the roosters of the neighbor who did not like the same peace and quiet as we did.

Mauricio and Co were very helpful in accommodating me and my friends when we visited, the property was in a nice neighbourhood and the house itself was amazing inside and out. Would recommend if you’re looking to visit Lisbon.

I really liked the apartment! It is located in a beautiful and quiet place with an amazing view of the Tagus River (or, perhaps, the ocean — I'm not sure). I was especially pleased with the spacious terrace, which offers a magnificent view. It is pleasant to have breakfast or dinner here, enjoying the atmosphere and silence. The location is excellent — quiet, cozy, everything you need is nearby. The apartment itself is bright, clean and very comfortable, there is everything for a comfortable stay. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a cozy accommodation with a beautiful view and a calm atmosphere!

The house is big, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen very big. The younger guests enjoyed the pool, we enjoyed the spacious house. Parking was easy. The property is very accessible from the highway and is relatively close to Lisbon. We really enjoyed our time, we recommend this airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing place close to Lisbon perfect for a large family or group.

Our hosts Helena & Nuno, were lovely, helpful & informative, they came up with places to visit that we wouldn’t have known about, in particular Guincho beach & bar (beautiful) Luna the dog was an added bonus for us as we lost our lab a few months ago. Do take notice of their suggested restaurants as they are the best in that area. Be aware it’s hilly, everything is walking distance (supermarket, restaurants etc) however, Paço do Arcos itself is not visually spectacular but the villa is, what it is, is an ideal staging point to travel to Cascais, Sintra & central Lisbon and a lovely quiet hideaway. Quick tip, use the Bolt app to get around cheaply and use the trains as they are very reasonably priced. We would fully recommend you stay here.

Highly highly highly recommend staying at Sofia's Airbnb! It's a beautiful former surf lodge that is a 5 min drive / 25 min walk to the beach, where her brother offers incredible discounted surf lessons. If you're in Lisbon for the beach, this stay is for you.

such a lovely house, the metro is so close and so easy to get into the city. local coffee house serving breakfast and restaurants in walking distance. Sofia and Carlos were so helpful.

We are very happy to have chosen this accommodation, because in addition to being really very nice, it allowed us to visit a part of Lisbon that we otherwise could not have seen. The subway is really very close and in front there are many restaurants, there was also a nice party that made the stay very pleasant

The house was beautiful and perfect for a big group. The area is very quiet but has many shops close by and a great local restaurant 2 mins away. Benfica station is literally 3 minutes away. The garden was very nice and big, the bbq was also available which made our stay amazing. The only issue was that the outside lights were not working so we could not enjoy the garden in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and clean. We were a group of 7 but we were only given 1 key. That made it difficult for us as we had to try stay all together at all times. (We were given another key a few days later) Also the master bedroom has an ensuite toilet. The door doesn’t lock unless forced, this was a bit awkward when going to the toilet in the morning quietly. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely recommend it. The house is cozy and spacious, with its own private garden. It is close to the subway and not far from Lisbon's famous tram 28. The supply of what is needed in the house is complete. I recommend the stay. The only point to note: to access 3 of the 4 rooms there is a staircase, as they are on the 2nd floor. Personally, I appreciated the paintings on the walls, it's a house with a beautiful personality!

Very functional, clean accommodation. Dap left us plenty of games for our daughter, who was delighted. She was flexible on arrival time, it's very comfortable. Communication was perfect, Dap cares about our well-being. Easy to access metro, to the center. Excellent restaurant close by. As well as a convenience store and en primeur just opposite the apartment. We recommend it without worries, and if we come back to Lisbon, we'll be happy to come back.

Very clean, comfortable and peaceful.

The place was absolutely Amazing, so clean and was perfect for the group we had. Each room had its own en suite which was a bonus. There was home security and even a drive, which could park up to 4 maybe 5 cars. It was great allowing us to keep the car close to the property and anyone else who came by could park also. There was a massive garden and with the weather being so great it was a nice way to relax and wind down. I would definitely recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again

Maria Jose's house was perfect for 4 adults & 2 kids. Well equipped with everything you need for a family stay. Plenty of space indoors & outside. good location for beach ,park,shops & restaurants. All within walking distance. we didn't hire a car .used Bolt & Uber to get into Lisbon a couple of times. Maria was very flexible with check in & checkout times We were able to check in early which was a big bonus. recommendations for local places to shop & eat were much appreciated.very attentive host. definitely recommend

The space is large, beautifully decorated, with beautiful views outside the window, clean and tidy, fully equipped kitchen, and a ten-minute walk to the ferry station, making it convenient to take a boat to the old town across the river.There is a parking lot next to the house, and the parking fee is very cheap.

If you want to experience the Alfama district in Lisbon, this is a great place to stay. The apartment had so much character and the views over town and the water are exquisite. The classic streetcars that Lisbon are known for can be caught just steps away from the front door. Excellent restaurants are all in walking distance as well. The hosts are very responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended!

House, very well equipped, impeccable, in a quiet environment, not far from the beaches, restaurants, and easy access for visits. (We had rented a car.) We were warmly welcomed by Joceley. we recommend this place.

This was a great stay and in such a beautiful place. The house is well maintained with updated appliances, furnitures and equipped kitchen. Good way to be close to Lisbon but feel like you are in a quiet rural area. The ferry to Lisbon is literally next door. The restaurants are great. There is parking for the car. The very best is that Nuno the owner is amazingly available and helpful in any advice that you need. Even though he had traveled, he responded promptly to everyone of my messages and gave me great recommendations. Thank you so much Nuno for making this stay pleasant. Excellent exchange with Susana before our arrival. She even managed to provide us with a game console. She was available to us at all times and also allowed us to leave the place later than expected. Finally, the house is just BEAUTIFUL!

Close to everything! Easy walk to the train or metro. Marianne gave us great local recommendations for food and sightseeing. Also, the pizza place next door is amazing as well.

Very sweet place away from the madness of the crowds. I wish I was closer to the city center but no reflection on this adorable space. I booked last minute and there were limited options. Great neighborhood and plenty around you. Recommend if you want to be away from the center.
