It consists of a living room (sofa, armchair, desk, TV, coffee table), a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, stove, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle), a bedroom with new 140x190 cm bedding with mattress topper, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Self check-in and check-out with lockbox. 10-minute walk from the train station, university, high school, and EAG stadium.

The beds are made on arrival. We provide towels and tea towels.
