Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Grad Kaštela

Apartament, który oferuje Goran jest bardzo przestronny i wygodny. Wygląda tak jak na zdjęciach. Mieszkanie było bardzo czyste i ciche. Klimatyzacja dobrze działała. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, jest ekspres do kawy przelewowy. W łazience jest pralka. Do plaży ok. 15-20 minut spacerem, najbliższy sklep i przystanek autobusowy ok. 10-13 minut. Blisko lotnisko. Bardzo duży taras z którego można oglądać startujące i lądujace samoloty. W pobliżu droga szybkiego ruchu, ale przy zamkniętych oknach jest bardzo cicho. Z tarasu widać Split i Trogir oraz ogród z drzewami cytrynowymi i figami. W ogrodzie wieczorem spaceruje żółw :) Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu bardzo miło czas.

Pas Cvita ir Ante apsistojome antrą kartą,mūsų viešnagė buvo nuostabi, butas idealiai tvarkingas. Šeimininkai yra labai malonūs,paslaugūs ir rupestingi.Mūsų vaikai ypatyngai nori padėkoti Cvitai už blynelius jie tobuli!!!🥰 Mūsų visa šeima dėkoja Cvita ir Ante už tokią nuostabią viešnagę!!😘❤️

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub als 6 Freunde. Das Haus liegt optimal, um es mit den Öffis vom Flughafen zu erreichen oder nach Split reinzufahren. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermärkte, Bäcker, Apotheke) liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Meer ist nur 5 min entfernt, mit einer öffentlichen Badestelle. An der Promenade liegen mehrere Strandbars. Jure und seine Mutter sind äußerst nette Gastgeber. Sie sprechen Deutsch und sehr hilfsbereit. Jure hat sogar angeboten,uns mit seinem Boot mitzunehmen,was wir leider nicht geschafft haben. Das Haus bietet neben dem Pool und der Dachterrasse auch einen Grill. Überall sind genug Sitzmöglichkeiten und alles war sauber und ordentlich. Nur ein wenig Staub war in manchen Ecken zu finden. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub und wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter.

Le logement de Senada et son mari est juste parfait ! Nous nous y sommes senti comme à la maison, elle est très bien équipée, tout est très propre. Senada et son mari sont très gentils, ils nous ont donné de très bonnes recommandations et nous avons pris le barbecue qu'ils proposent, nous avons passé une excellente soirée, tout était délicieux ! Si nous revenons à Split ce sera chez eux sans hésiter 🙂

We had a fantastic stay in Croatia. As many people have commented, the house is better than the photos give it credit for. It is modern and clean. The pool is fantastic. The house is a short walk from the beach and restaurants and is about 20 minutes from Split. Ante arranged pick up from the airport and numerous trips around the area. The house is highly recommended for a large group.

Spędziliśmy 7 nocy 12 osobową grupą znajomych w Villi Shell. Były to świetne i niezapomniane wakacje. Pobyt był niezwykle przyjemny. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Duża przestrzeń dobrze zagospodarowana dla takiej grupy. Do dyspozycji gości doskonały basen, idealne miejsce na grilla, pokój gier (bilard, piłkarzyki, dart, sprzęt do ćwiczeń), dwa duże pokoje (jeden z barem) do wspólnego spędzania czasu. Dom bardzo dobrze wyposażony i czysty. Gospodarz jest niezwykle uprzejmy, pomocny i szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Atutem jest również ilość łazienek (4 + 1 koło basenu). Okolica bardzo spokojna, przystanek autobusowy obok domu, sklep spożywczy w pobliżu. W sąsiedztwie miły taksówkarz. Do Trogiru 10 min autem. Serdecznie polecamy!!

Fantastic holiday home, Vinka was full of knowledge and a friendly welcome after travelling. Pool was amazing and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The views are wonderful. Home is so clean and authentic to the area. Newly renovated downstairs toilet and bathroom are stunning!! You will need a car as it is out the way, however the nearest shop is no more than 10 mins away, not a problem. We would love to go back! Can’t recommend enough for a family get away to have your own time and chill and hang out together. Thank you Vinka, we loved our stay!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und die Aussicht war wunderschön. Der Gastgeber Nikša hat uns sehr schnell geantwortet, uns geholfen, Strände, Supermärkte etc. in der Nähe geschickt und war ein super Gastgeber ! Wir hatten eine sehr angenehme Zeit dort.

Lovely apartment so close to the beach - my 2 friends and I had the best time! The balcony was perfect for a morning coffee with a sea view and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von fünf Personen und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Kristina. Die Wohnung war in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand – sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gab viele praktische Extras wie einen Grill, TV und jeder hatte genügend Platz. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight – wir hatten viel Spaß und haben dort viel Zeit verbracht! Kristina war sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Sie hatte tolle Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Zudem hatten wir jederzeit das Gefühl, ungestört und privat zu sein. Die Flugzeuge kann man super beobachten und man hört es nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr. Mit dem Auto konnten wir schöne Ausflüge unternehmen, zum Beispiel nach Split oder Trogir – beide Orte sind nur etwa 20–30 Minuten entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I highly recommend this airbnb to anyone .. It was the cleanest airbnb I have ever stayed , all the kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are very clean and neat . Vinco and his family were very friendly and helpfull . house location, view and comfort were really enjoying.

Boravili smo u ovom prelepom i komfornom smeštaju kao porodica sa malom decom i oduševljeni smo! Sve je bilo izuzetno čisto, uredno i sa puno pažnje uređeno. Vlasnica Anita se zaista potrudila da se osećamo prijatno kao kod kuće – svaki detalj je bio pažljivo osmišljen, a komunikacija sa njom je bila brza, ljubazna i izuzetno korektna. Imali smo nekoliko posebnih zahteva zbog dece i sa velikim razumevanjem nam je izašla u susret. Topla preporuka svima koji traže udoban, porodičan smeštaj u kom ćete se osećati lepo i opušteno!

Wir haben uns sofort wie Zuhause gefühlt! Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und ein wirklich schöner Willkommensgruß stand bereit. Absolut empfehlenswert hierher zu kommen! Sehr liebe, herzliche Vermieter und die Unterkunft entspricht absolut den Bildern, war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Unterkunft war super! Wir hatten viel spaß mit den Haustieren:) Besonders Corni die Schildkröte;) Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

This place was beautiful and such a great deal!! Ante was the best host ever, my friends and I had a great wine tasting and full immersive experience with him. We miss him already!! If you are looking for a great Croatian experience with a walkable peaceful town, this is it! It is easy to go to Split and Trogir as well and host was very helpful with recommendations. We want to come back already!!

Perfect place for us. Close to the airport and easy walk to the beach. The beach was nice and had a bar/cafe to hang out at. Kitchen was perfect size and functional. Bathroom was a good size. Host was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

The Owner is very responsive, we were welcomed and his wife brought us delicious pancakes. Enjoyed the private pool, quiet and perfect for a warm day. Very quiet neighborhood, very close market. Lots of space. The AC worked great. The pictures were exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again. The private pool, outdoor table, lounge chairs and the two living rooms, two kitchens, two bedrooms, two bathrooms was so great. The host and his family are so kind. Definitley recommend.

The villa is a wonderful retreat to escape daily business. The breathtaking view and the pool are the heart of the modern and clean house. Bernard is friendly, nice, and very helpful in case of special requests. Thanks a lot. The beds are comfy, a/c in every room helps to cool down. The villa is pretty close to the airport, nonetheless, in the house, you almost don’t hear any plane. Additionally, this place is the perfect home base to start exploring the area. Split and Trogir are close by and you can rent boats and have them come to the local harbour for a pick-up. (Kastela Boat Tours, ask for Gordan, ;-). Bernard, thank you for being such an excellent host. We enjoyed our time.

Josip was a great host communicated very well with us. Whenever we had questions he answered quickly. Very friendly guy. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, nice views, great air conditioning, table tennis, darts boards. Can’t complain at all, only thing is you do hear the planes flying in and out but honeslty we didn’t care and it only happens a few times a day. The villa makes up for it! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious villa. Also need to add you are about 30 mins from split but bolt and uber is easily accessible so not bad at all.

Das Haus ist ein absoluter Traum und wirklich hochwertig gebaut und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen im Sommer definitiv für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Meer und die umliegenden Restaurants sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Einen Supermarkt gibt es ganz in der Nähe. Alles in allem ein super schönes Haus und ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

Absolutely perfect house for a family holiday! Very kids friendly while having lots of areas for rest and play for adults too. Its not too far from from the supermarket and split is 20 mins on the taxi. We had the best time!

We had a fantastic stay! The environment felt very safe. The house was impeccably clean, which made us feel right at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the layout of the home was perfect for our group—plenty of space to gather and relax. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking together easy and enjoyable. It’s also just a 20-minute walk to local markets and restaurants, which was super convenient. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with family or friends!

Bardzo polecam miejsce i gospodarza, pobyt bez problemowy, zakwaterowanie i wymeldowanie błyskawiczne bez zbędnej biurokracji, miejsce zadbane, okolica bardzo spokojna i cicha, miejsce ustronne pozwalające na pełen wypoczynek, dom w pełni wyposażony posiadający wiele łazienek i aż dwie kuchnie, co spokojnie zaspokaja pobyt 12 osób, w mojej ocenie zmieściłoby się tam więcej osób i nadal byłoby komfortowo. Bardzo polecam dla rodzin z dziećmi czy też grupie znajomych z dziećmi. Willa usytuowana jest w miejscu gdzie łatwo i szybko można zrobić wypad samochodem, ponadto bez problemowo i bezpiecznie można zaparkować samochody w miejscu kwaterunku. Super miejsce dla osób szukających spokoju a jednocześnie lubiących wypady na jednodniowe wycieczki. Polecam w 100%. W mojej ocenie wysoki standard kwaterunku.
