Villa holiday rentals in Grad Kaštela

Fantastic hosts, Boris and Jelena made us feel extremely welcome and comfortable. Was very helpful in getting us set up for our stay as well as preparing a delicious meal for us. Villa was well maintained, really well furnished with everything you could need, pool was a great size and again well maintained during our stay. Villa is in a great location, short walk to beach bars, restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back to stay at Villa Kambel!

We were a group of 12 with age ranging from 6 months to 80 years old. We came to explore Split and Trogir, but the highlight was the Kastel Stafilic area. Nice restaurant/coffee on the beach with a playground within one minute walk and beautiful scenery. The bedrooms were nice, but the outdoor kitchen, hangout area and pool are the highlight! Everyone loved staying here and we definitely will consider staying again if coming to Croatia.

This is one of the most impressive villas we have ever stayed in. The design, details and functionality are perfect. However, the views and surroundings are exceptional, especially when you consider that you’re only a couple of miles off the main road halfway between Split and Split Airport. The access road is a bit tricky. It’s a single track road that is about 2 miles long along the side of the train track and then up to the hillside. We had a 9 seater van which was a squeeze but smaller SUVs could manage it easily. Mastering the dreaded “S” bend is a great sense of achievement. The road is mostly concrete and other drivers s very courteous. Moreover, Ivana and Toni are brilliant hosts. The lengths they went to to make sure we were happy were well beyond super host standards. We can’t thank them enough. If your keen on seeing lovely Croatia, and you’re considering this villa, look no further. It’s just Fab!

The Owner is very responsive, we were welcomed and his wife brought us delicious pancakes. Enjoyed the private pool, quiet and perfect for a warm day. Very quiet neighborhood, very close market. Lots of space. The AC worked great. The pictures were exactly as pictured. Would definitely stay here again. The private pool, outdoor table, lounge chairs and the two living rooms, two kitchens, two bedrooms, two bathrooms was so great. The host and his family are so kind. Definitley recommend.

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Villa und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Ein sehr hilfsbereiter und freundlicher Vermieter und die Ausstattung ist erstklassig! Espresso Maschine, Spiele, E-Scooter etc … alles was man braucht und wärmstens zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder 😉

Veldig fint hus. Uteområdet var litt lite etter min mening men fortsatt fint. Bassenget har en grei størrelse men kunne vært litt dypere. Utsikten er helt ok. Har 2 hus sånn halvveis inn i utsikten, som ødelegger litt men ellers er det flott. Verten var veldig hyggelig, svarer kjapt og var veldig behjelpelige. Lokasjonen var fin med tanke på avstand fra Split, flyplass og Trogir, men litt langt oppe i åsen, og kronglete vei å komme seg opp. Ca 15 minutter i bil til både flyplass og Split. Veldig rent og pent hus, noe slitasje på møbler men ikke noe å bemerke seg. God plass i huset, vi var 7 pax og syntes det var romslig å fint.

Josipa est une excellente hôte. Accueil très chaleureux, toujours très réactive et de bons conseils pour les activités, lieux et restaurants proposées. Le logement est super et offre une belle vue dégagée, il ne manque de rien avec tous les équipements à disposition ! Tout est fait pour que nous puissions passés les meilleurs vacances possibles, les gestes attentionnés sont un + Nous avons passés un super moment et un grand merci à Josipa !

Huset var som beskrevet i annonsen, veldig fint og rent. Flott basseng og grillhus. Tomislav var en god vert som møtte oss ved ankomst i huset og forklarte hvordan ting fungerte. Kan definitivt anbefales

Villa Olive was perfect for my 5 friends and I. We could easily get Uber's into split or to the beach. The villa was beautiful and had so many different amenities. We could easily cook full meals and we even had a BBQ over a wood fire (they had all the great BBQ tongs etc). We had a lovely time by the pool and it pretty much has sun all day! The TV worked well and we even watched Eurovision whilst we were out there.

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

Nous avons passé 10 jours exceptionnels dans la villa de Teo et Kristina. La villa est grande et spacieuse. La piscine a toujours été très propre, Teo venait la nettoyer régulièrement. Teo a été aux petits soins avec nous. Merci pour ce si bel accueil et les petites boissons fraîches et gourmandises salées à l’arrivé ! Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de nos vacances en Croatie.

Absolutely loved our stay at Villa Fox. Hosts were amazing and Villa brilliant. Loved the extensive welcome food we received, the toothbrushes and toothpaste, the bikes to get around and the welcome ice maker. Hosts helped us with a BBQ night and brought some lovely picante peppers and fresh crepes. Loved our ride to the local beach and drinks in the bar. Equal distant to Split and Trogir - both beautiful with lots of restaurants and bars for a good night out. Villa had so many different spaces to relax in. We had the perfect holiday - thank you so much.

Josip was a great host communicated very well with us. Whenever we had questions he answered quickly. Very friendly guy. The house is beautiful, swimming pool, nice views, great air conditioning, table tennis, darts boards. Can’t complain at all, only thing is you do hear the planes flying in and out but honeslty we didn’t care and it only happens a few times a day. The villa makes up for it! Would highly recommend if you are looking for a spacious villa. Also need to add you are about 30 mins from split but bolt and uber is easily accessible so not bad at all.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und alles lief reibungslos! Der Kontakt mit Mirela war immer sehr freundlich und es wurde meist innerhalb der nächsten 5 Minuten geantwortet. Alles war sehr sauber und für 5 Personen war mehr als ausreichend Platz. Ich würde allerdings niemandem empfehlen direkt an Ostern anzureisen, da in Kroatien auch viele Restaurants geschlossen haben. Hier haben wir allerdings ein paar sehr gute Empfehlungen von Mirela erhalten. Als einzigen kleinen Kritikpunkt könnte man ein paar fehlende Küchengeräte nennen. Aber man konnte natürlich auch ohne Toaster und Mikrowelle super dort kochen. Ich kann "The Cube" auf jeden Fall uneingeschränkt empfehlen! :)

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka här! Boendet överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar – det var fullt utrustat med alla bekvämligheter man kan behöva för en avkopplande vistelse. Poolen var underbar och utsikten helt magisk – vi njöt varje dag. Precis som tidigare gäster skrivit så har detta boende 3 separata lägenheter, vilket passade oss utmärkt. Milivoj var hjälpsam och lätt att kommunicera med. Han köpte till och med en tårta till oss då en i sällskapet fyllde år under vistelsen. Det fanns gott om leksaker till barnen och även saker till oss vuxna (pingisbord, gym mm). Vi rekommenderar det här stället starkt och kommer gärna tillbaka.

I would highly recommend this lovely villa. We were a party of 6 adults, each couple had their own area/ apartment, and then the outside areas for socialising were lovely. The bbq was a real hit with us, and was well used! The sea access was an absolute gem, we spent a lot of time in and out of the sea with good access via a jetty, like your own private beach! The pool was another lovely addition… We wanted a quiet and peaceful location, which it was, and being close to the airport was a great advantage, the planes weren’t an issue at all. The hosts were very respectful of our privacy and were there if we needed them, and communication was excellent. Would recommend a visit to Trogir, only 10 mins drive away, a lovely place to visit for a few hours with great bars/ restaurants etc… Thank you Jelena and Sveto we had a superb holiday..

The place was amazing! It was everything we wanted and so much more!! Wished we had stayed longer, will definitely be staying again. Thank you xx

Ett helt perfekt boende för en familj med många barn. Huset var extremt välstädat när vi anlände, poolen helt underbar. Ligger nära flygplatsen men inte ett dugg störande vilket var väldigt skönt både vid ankomst och avfärd. 35 min med bil till Split och cirka 15 min till Trogir. Vår värd svarade direkt om vi hade några frågor eller om det uppstod några mindre problem. Vi är verkligen supernöjda och kan verkligen rekommendera detta boende. Men se till att det är ledigt nästa år när vi vill åka för alla vill komma tillbaks hit igen.

We had a fantastic time and everything went as planned. We did our research and choose this property for the local bus connections to trogir and split. The villa is the best we have stayed in, modern and still looks like new. The hosts were extremely kind and flexible with us. The villa is fully equipped and had everything expected and more. There is a lot of construction works being undertaken with many new villas and flats being built, the area is very much under development however this didn't affect our stay.

Die Kommunikation mit Arsen im Vorfeld war ausgesprochen herzlich, und seine Antworten kamen stets sehr prompt. Auch seine Eltern haben uns bei der Ankunft freundlich empfangen und standen uns während des Aufenthalts hilfsbereit zur Seite. Die fantastische Aussicht vom Garten hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert. Die Villa ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und bietet zahlreiche gemütliche Ecken zum Verweilen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die geschützte Lounge in der überdachten Ecke – ein wunderbarer Ort, um auch bei Wind entspannte Stunden zu genießen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet eine große Auswahl an Geschirr und Geräten. Da wir vermutlich die ersten Gäste der neuen Saison waren, funktionierte nicht alles auf Anhieb einwandfrei. Arsen hat sich dafür entschuldigt – man kann ihm wirklich nicht böse sein ;-). Wir blicken auf eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa zurück und können uns gut vorstellen, wiederzukommen.

Il y a un magasin juste en bas de la rue qui fait que nous pouvions faire quelque courses rapide et simple. L’hôte était super agréable et gentil! Il était très à l’écoute et attentif! Merci encore ! Nous reviendrons c’est sur !

Villa was beautiful and just as listed in the photos. Lots of little touches that really made a difference. Ante was very helpful and responsive to messages. Allowed for earlier check in and later check out which was really helpful. There were two local supermarkets which is handy too. Uber into town took roughly 20-25 minutes! Overall - great stay!!

Het verblijf was heel aangenaam. Naast het huis zit een ander huis waar luide jongeren waren. Dit werd snel opgepakt door de host en het was binnen 15 minuten opgelost. Zwembad was zeer fijn, fijne BBQ en een zeer mooi uitzicht. Split centrum op 30 min rijden, het vliegveld 10 min en Trogir 15 minuten. Wij zijn er met zijn twee geweest en dat was meer dan genoeg ruimte. Het zijn twee slaapkamers met een tweepersoons bed en een uitklap bank in de woonkamer. Wij vonden het alleen jammer dat er maar 1 parasol beschikbaar was in de tuin. Wellicht een tip voor de host om meer parasollen beschikbaar te stellen. Komen hier zeker terug wanneer wij Split weer bezoeken!
