NO tolerance for breaking the rules and NO parties allowed, normal fun and activity we love! Local bylaws do not tolerate noise during quiet hours and fines are quite large. ONLY registered guests may be on the premisis, it is against regulations to have unregistered guests present.

Update: We added air conditioning for season 2019! Apt. is perfect for couples or family with older children. It is located in the quiet neighborhood, with only 15' walk to the beach and 10' walk to the old city. The place is really comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully decorated with musical details. Balcony with sea view is perfect for evening drink and morning coffee. In front of the house, there is a private parking under the shade of a kiwi tree!
