Holiday rentals with a sauna in Grad Krk

We had a great week. The apartment is small but nice. The sea view is beautiful, the proximity to the beach and the small coves worth gold. The roof terrace with the hot tubs and sauna was the absolute highlight for us. We spent beautiful relaxing evenings here and enjoying the sunset. The host is available at all times, incredibly helpful and very friendly! It was an all-around wonderful holiday.

Great neighborhood and apartment!

We spent one week in Novi Vinodolski, and Alen's house is located close to the sea where there is a nice seaside walk. You can stop by anywhere for a swim. There are some good restaurants close to the house and also a Lidl store which is convenient. Alen was very responsive and helpful. We even got his own produced wine which we enjoyed. We recommend Alen's place for a good stay in Croatia

Rosana and her husband were really nice hosts. They always were there for us if we had any questions or needed something from them. The freshly renovated Apartment itself was pretty nice and the furnishings felt modern, calming and a little luxirious. The surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful. The beach and the city center were easily reachable by foot but be aware because there is a lot of elevation you need to conquer. All in all we had a nice week and a great time in the apartment.☀️

This is a very good place in western part of Croatia! On the first line to the sea, that is also a part of beautiful view from the spacious balcony. Right there you have small but nice e pebble beach with crystal clean water. The interior looks modern and stylish, you have also another balcony/terrace with jakuzzi and everything you need for the barbecue like marble table and a sink. We asked for the grill and were given an electric one, which proved to be very useful. All rooms are air conditioned and the place have all the needed amenities like towels, shower gels and a small hair drier. A big private parking for guests. A few restaurants in the are, but 20 minutes walking to the center of Crikvenica. So we absolutely loved the place and looking forward to come back.

The resort is located at the end of the village, you can reach restaurants, bakery and supermarket after a short walk. The facility is very clean and quiet, the air conditioning works great. The apartment is spacious and very pleasant. During the day, there is a reception that is always helpful. We liked to use the jacuzzi with sauna. The kiosk is a nice extra with simple dishes.

Very nice and clean apartment with a unique view of the sea. I highly recommend the place because in a quiet place. There is a beach nearby with sun loungers. There's nothing missing in the apartment. Recommended

Very nice accommodation with breathtaking views over Opatja to the sea. Furnished with a lot of love, nothing is missing. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, and we usually had it all to ourselves. The terrace is very large and especially for breakfast and in the evening really very nice! The contact with Cornelia was also great, we would love to come back soon!

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

A great place to recommend, everything matched the description and photos. The host is a very positive and honest person, he made clear about the rules of using the accommodation. Before arrival, he shared all the information he needed about the location and was in constant contact. He responded quickly to every question. He provided comprehensive details about the neighborhood. All with a big smile on your face :) The view from the penthouse terrace is annoying 🤩 The pool is a nice soothing in the heat, sun bathing on comfortable sunbeds, coffee on the deck with a captivating view, what more could you want? Highly recommended!❤️ Our recommendations: Walk along the promenade towards Iki and Opatija. Lucica restaurant with fresh and delicious seafood and especially hake. Opatje,Kolloseum bar where there are delicious drinks and a beautiful view. Deer Beach - a difficult descent (but we made it with an infant in the carrier). Beach, small, wild boar with perfect smooth pebbles and a million dollar view.

We arrived at the house and were overwhelmed. The house are beautiful and better than described. The pool and hot tub were super great, all bedrooms have their own bathrooms. As a group of 8, the house is the perfect size. Car is definitely necessary. Had a great vacation and would be happy to come back!

The house is just as beautiful as in the photos. We felt right at home. Everything is very clean, the landlord has always been available and the hot tub is cleaned regularly. Everything was great. 😊

Very nice and super equipped villa! Especially the wellness and barbecue area are highly recommended. Very nice rooms with great amenities, as well as a great outdoor swimming pool, sauna, indoor pool and jacuzzi. In addition, you can use a gym with dumbbells and a bench. The surroundings around the villa are very quiet. By car, it takes about 10 minutes to get to the next town (supermarket, gas station, etc.). The landlords were personally on site for check-in and check-out and were always available for questions. Both landlords were super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the holiday in the great villa and would definitely come again!

The villa exceeded our expectations with its beautiful design and high-quality materials throughout. The private pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect. It’s just a short walk to the sea, and the added features like the sauna and table football made it a truly enjoyable stay even when weather was bad. I can highly recommend it.

We would like to exchange for our house - we liked it so much☺️. Everything is really there, everything has been thought of (e.g. kitchen tools and appliances, spices, garbage bags, barbecue lighter,...). Everything is new, the pool had a pleasant temperature, the hot tub was crystal clear. The gym is very modern, we enjoyed using it. Large TVs and air conditioning are plenty available. Pitches are spacious. Only the wifi should be optimized.

My father in law moved back to his native island of krk - specially Sveti Anton last August after 55 years in New York. His two sons- one of which is my husband- and wives and 3 grandkids made their debut trip to krk and stayed at this beautiful home, which had the added bonus of being a 5 minute walk from my FIL. This house was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids-(plus we had the grandparents over For most dinners) Goran was also SOO helpful in obtaining a second crib as we were trying to avoid brining one from the states. We set up my nephew downstairs in the huge basement so that none of the kids had to share, and there were plenty more places we could have stashed a kid. The outdoor kitchen was a huge surprise bonus and really helped connect the flow. Of course we loved the pool and the yard had great space for running and soccer. We had a great time at the house and on krk and we plan to stay here again next time we visit! Thank you Goran!!
