Guest house Otto is a holiday home located in the center of Punta with its own parking lot. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, toilet and a place to rest in the shade of figs. On each floor there is a room with its own bathroom, one room has a mini kitchen and one terrace. The space is air-conditioned, has WiFi and SAT TV. The kitchen has a stove, oven and microwave. The house is ideal for smaller groups and families with children. Pets are welcome. We welcome guests in person with a warm welcome.

Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

On the ground floor is a living room with a dining room, separate kitchen and bathroom. While on the first floor, there are 2 double rooms and 1 single room and a bathroom. The big advantage of this house is the large, completely fenced terrace of 80 m2. The house is fully equipped so guests can use air conditioning, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine... Welcome!
