On the ground floor is an open space with kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom and bathroom are separated by a small hallway. The upper floor of the house/attic also has an open space with kitchen, living room and dining room. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a balcony. Upstairs is one bathroom and one toilet. In the garden is a pool with holiday furniture under the pergola, 8 sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. There is a children's playground by the pool.

The pool is heated and has a shallow part for children. There is a Jacuzzi on the terrace.

Famous Zrce beach is 15 minutes away by car (22km) and Zadar is 45 minutes (50km) away by car. All I wish during my summer holiday is that the apartment is clean, with free AC, free WiFi, bed linen and extras like two bikes, a baby crib, PlayStation and Netflix in case of days with bad weather. Yes, I offer all of that to all my guests.
