What a wonderful house! Well-equipped, great layout and incomparable location. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance.

The stay at this place was amazing! Everything was clean, nicely decorated and equipped with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, welcoming and always available to help. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet and cozy. All recommendations, we'll be back!

The house is phenomenal. Everything is new and nicely equipped. A lot of natural materials such as real wood and stone have been implemented, which we liked very much. It's very well-equipped with the little things you need every day and appliances like the dishwasher, weš machine, dryer, toasters, cafe machines... Cleanliness is at a very high level, and we also got 3 towels and a bathrobe per person. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea, the pool with really strong massage jets, the grill, and everything. Povljana is a wonderful place to rest with a sandy and pebble beach, a beautiful promenade, palm trees and clear waters. Everything is within walking distance. The hosts are very nice and friendly, we could have contacted them for anything. The house is large, contains 3 apartments (2 smaller and 1 larger) that are connected by an interior staircase, and we were all connected inside, and if anyone wanted intimacy, they could be separated. Parking is ample and free. On the ground floor there is a large terrace with a table for 14 people. Place to stay for 5☆! We're coming back!

We spent a week at Tomislav and Jelena's home. We were too early, but were allowed to come. The house is in a nice, quiet place. There is a private parking space. There are all holiday homes around, but that doesn't bother you. Reviews state that the sea is at 20 meters. I think a little longer than 20 meters, but very doable. You walk down a steep path between two houses and you are at the sea. There are 4 sunbeds and a sunshade waiting for you. The water is very clear and you can admire the fish nicely. The house is neat and air conditioning in all rooms. Shower is also very neat (I think it was refurbished not long ago).

We stayed with Ivan with the family for almost 5 weeks from July to August. Really big families can live there. The house is located away from the center, which we enjoyed very much for relaxation. The center of Vir offers a lot if desired. The house offers air conditioning in two rooms. This was very helpful with the warm temperatures. The house is completely surrounded by a half-height wall and locked with a gate, so it is very safe and protected for children as there is a street in front of the house. There are two terraces at the house where the sun is alternately and invites you to sunbathe and relax. All around is nature or small houses with garden. Ivan has an extra garden where you can relax on hammocks. From there, many hikes can be made into nature and to various swimming coves! Ivan was always reachable and always helped us. In the hot summer, this was the ideal holiday home for us. A lovely large swimming pool and the house itself is wonderfully cool and clean. The house has many large rooms, so we had enough space with 10 people. It is within walking distance of the beach and the village with shops and restaurants. Bistro Leut is highly recommended! We had wonderful days on Pag and in the holiday home!

There was a misunderstanding about the missing Stand Up Paddle as the previous tenants had broken it; Ivan refunded us the rental without any problem. highly recommended, really a nice family vacation.

Everything was great🤩, I can recommend the apartment with a clear conscience. We didn't like anything, everything you needed was there. Hosts are always reachable and friendly, very helpful people. Davorka apartments from the balconies offer a beautiful view of the bay in Šimuni. It was nice to see it every day. The hosts were kind, courteous, and helpful. We felt really comfortable and at home here. Apartments Davorki are on a small hill, near the harbor, the center of the village and a little off the beach (about 10 min walk), but it's a nice walk. My family of 4 recommends this place. / From the house of Davorka, from the balconies of the apartments, there is a beautiful view of the bay in Šimuni. We enjoyed watching it every day. The hosts were nice, polite and helpful. We felt really comfortable and like at home here. The apartments are on a small hill near the harbour, the village center and a bit far from the beach (about 10 minutes walk), but it's a pleasant walk. My family of 4 recommends this place.

The place was great, especially the owners always helped with everything and were very nice. The apartment was tidy and refined and had everything needed, the name Levanda matched🙂. That there's no air conditioning or that's okay. The only thing I can complain about is the location. The main beach is a little further away and it doesn't live so much in Šimuni, there is no promenade. But you can get anywhere with Uber/Bolt. I recommend it to everyone and you'll love the owners 👍

The appartment is very nice and modern and the view from the terrace is splendid. The appartment is 22 km far from Novalja (Zrce beach). Mrs Vrdoljak is very kind and her daughter too. They were helpful and welcoming ! I recommand :-)

All around perfect. The location, the price for 1 night is unbeatable and the fact that the beach is literally 1 minute walk away but most importantly the view from the balcony!! The host was a nice cool guy. We stayed 5 nights and i just wish we could've had stayed a month. Recommended!!

Marko and his family are excellent hosts - they welcomed us with a smile and greeted us on the last day with a smile. Despite some problems with the language (Zoran and his wife do not speak English) we have always found a way to understand each other. The apartment is not very large and is furnished in a basic way (a little small kitchenette but equipped with everything you need) but we still had a great week. The strengths of the apartment are the very large terrace with a priceless view of Pag and the sea and the parking space inside the property. We found a very clean apartment, located not far from the center of Pag and the main points of interest of the city, all of which can be easily reached on foot. Thank you, Marko and Zoran!

We spent 5 great days with 13 people in Ivana's house. There are 5 double rooms upstairs, 4 of which have their own directly adjacent bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The 5th double room also has its own bathroom, but you have to walk down the hall. That's okay. On the ground floor, there is another double room with a 3rd bed and another large bathroom. Kitchen is super equipped. A large dining table is directly adjacent to the kitchen. Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and already covered with bed linen. There were plenty of towels. The outdoor area with pool and outdoor kitchen is incredible. We had great weather and were only outside. Ivana's house exceeded our expectations, I would vacation here again at any time. Ivana is a very friendly host who always answered all my questions within a very short time. Thanks for the great time.

We had a wonderful stay in Privlaka. The house is very well equipped. If we were missing something, Anka took care of it right away, really in minutes. For our group of 8 people plus dog it was the perfect place. There is a lot to do in the area, especially by car. Lanterna Beach in Vir is particularly beautiful. But a walk into the village is also worthwhile. And at the house we enjoyed the pool with the bar. Thanks to the umbrellas, there was always enough shade. There has been more than enough space for all activities - with table tennis and billiards you could also pass the time. A large fridge is there and you also have enough space to cook. Truly a wonderful house!

A lovely house, undersold by its photos. Excellent value for money. If you're considering this for a small/medium group I wouldn't look any further, unless you value being central to Zadar. Even then, its doable. The outdoor area and ground floor are the real selling points. Abundance of seating. Marta was responsive to any queries or issues, and had some flexibility with our check in/out times to give us a little more time to get up and out. Marta's mother lives next door, and attended to the property early each morning to clean the pool, etc - which was a nice touch. ______ Only a couple of drawbacks, but none with the property directly: We had some issues with the speaker that was provided, so recommend bringing your own if you want music. (Thankfully we did just that). Taxis seem to take a long time to get to the local area, for when we wanted to go into central Zadar. Normally 20mins+ wait. Just bear this in mind. Also - bring bug spray/repellant!

It was an unforgettable holiday with our friends. The space was spotless, except for a few small things, e.g. the stove top simply turned off on its own during cooking. Unfortunately, you could no longer turn it on for 10 minutes. The fridge outside would have to be defrosted again and the codes for door and gate could have been passed on earlier. The outdoor area was fantastic, especially the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. Essentially, it was great. We will be happy to come back!

Villa Dabo is a beautiful villa with a perfect outdoor area. The pool and grill area as well as the garden are the ideal place to relax and enjoy a good time with friends and family. The villa is very private and only 10 minutes from Novalja town and 15 minutes from Zrcé beach.
