The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace on stilts which offers a beautiful view of the garden. Close to basic shops, the cottage is ideally located to discover the must-see sites and places of the department: Suisse-Normande 10 min away, Falaise and its Ducal castle 25 min away, the beaches of the Côte de Nacre 35 min away and Caen - regional capital - 25 min.

Benefiting from an exceptional hilly panorama typical of the Normandy countryside, located in the middle of a meadow and on the edge of a wood, you will discover a place of great beauty. The landscape will bring you calm and serenity. A true haven of peace... You will enjoy the scent of rose bushes and apple trees from its garden in summer and the warmth of the fireplace in winter.

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!
