Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

In der Pension Sacher - Apartments am Stephansplatz hat jedes der drei gemütlichen großen Zwei-Zimmer-Apartments eine persönliche Note. Wir können kein bestimmtes Apartment zusagen. Alle bieten einen beeindruckenden Blick auf den Stephansdom. Diese Apartments sind zwischen 58 m² und 60 m² groß und verfügen über Vorzimmer mit voll eingerichteter Küche, Badezimmer, Sat-TV, Mobiltelefon sowie Klimatisierung. Die Reinigung erfolgt täglich vormittags an Werktagen und ist im Preis inbegriffen.

Du urlaubst bei uns idyllisch am Waldesrand, unter der Burg Mödling gelegen, 15 Minuten zu Fuß in die historische Babenbergerstadt Mödling mit ihrem einmaligen mittelalterlichen Ambiente, Geschäften, Cafés und Restaurants. Und wenn Du die Großstadt Wien besuchen willst, dann nimmst Du von Mödling aus den Zug nach Wien und stehst nach 30 Minuten vor dem Stephansdom in Wien im Stadtzentrum. Direkt von uns gibt es zahlreiche Wander- und Mountainbikerouten, und viel Kulturelles zu entdecken.

Nettes sauberes Zimmer mit heißer Dusche und WC . Für alleinigen Gebrauch. Im Garten befindet sich ein Gartenhäuschen das eine Sommerküche ist. Voll ausgestattet. Garten / Hof kann genützt werden. Im Sommer ist es sehr nett, den Abend draußen zu verbringen. Nur 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof und nur 3 Stationen zum Wiener Hauptbahnhof. Eine Busstation nach Schwechat vor dem Haus. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

In 15 min ist man mit dem Zug am Hauptbahnhof Wien, mit dem Bus in 10 Minuten ist man bei der Therme Wien Oberlaa. Das Haus ist 15 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Wir wohnen auch am Grundstück in einem eigenen Haus, sind also jederzeit verfügbar.
