The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Lovingly renovated single house with 80m² living space invites families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. Large living/dining area, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, veranda and a cozy garden with a large terrace (see photos). The location is ideal for day trips: about 25min to Lübeck, 40min to Schwerin, 45min to the Baltic Sea beach or 50min to the city of Hamburg.

The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.

Forget everyday life in this quiet space in the Elbtalaue Biosphere Reserve. The half-timbered house is located on our 6,500 sqm property on the outskirts of Sumte. It was completely renovated in 2022-2023 and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Feel free to use our garden, make a fire pit, admire the sunset from the terrace or make yourself comfortable inside on 100 square meters. We have plenty of tips ready for you to discover here.

Modernly furnished cottage with its own sauna( by coin machine), fireplace and rowing boat in the summer months . Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a magnificent view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also 1 flat screen TV. The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.
