Estupenda ubicación, a 5 min. city-center, teterías, baños árabes, zambra, restaurantes y tiendas. Rodeado de naturaleza, peatonal, tranquilo y silencioso, pero vivo y auténtico. Podrás pasear y sentir sorprendentes rumores y aromas milenarios.

CASA DEL BESO The house is very authentic, with a terrace and views of the Alhambra, it was designed and rehabilitated by our father, Manuel, an architect who emigrated with our grandparents and who years later returned to his land, to our beloved Granada. It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

Habitación tipo suite, con baño completo dentro de la habitación, recién reformada. Mi hijo Leo se ha independizado y actualmente vivo con mi hija Belinda y aprovechamos para alquilar su habitación. En el centro de Granada, en un barrio que a pesar de estar a 5 minutos de la Catedral, no es turístico, es residencial, por lo que disponemos de todos los servicios necesarios. Zona peatonal, aunque se puede acceder con el coche para descargar, hay parking de pago alrededor. Sin ascensor, piso 1.

Offering panoramic views of the Sierra Nevada and Alpujarra from its roof terrace, Casa Aire de Lecrin is set in the Lecrin Valley. It features a charming patio with a heated pool the dip. Each heated and air conditioned room has free WiFi, coffee/tea facilities and a private bathroom with a shower. Breakfast is included.

De kamer beschikt over air-conditioning, televisie en waterkoker en heeft zicht op de waterput, de stallen en de achtertuin. De kamer heeft een luxe ensuite badkamer met ligbad van 83 x 170 cm, design wasbak, haardroger en make-up spiegel. De kamer en badkamer beschikken verder over uitstekend WIFI.

The room is one of 3 climatised rooms that we rent out. The rural house is located on the outskirts of the Andalusian town of Güéjar Sierra. You are a 10 minute walk from the main square with lots of bars. Sierra Nevada is 5 minutes away for walking. The ski slopes are a 20 minute drive away, as is Granada. The beach is one hour from the house. From the terrace you have a view of the reservoir and above it a spectacular sunset. From June to September we place a jacuzzi.

Bonita habitación en el centro de Granada, en el popular barrio del Albaicín Muy tranquila y a 5 minutos caminando de la Catedral y del centro turístico de la ciudad. Dispones de una cama de matrimonio de 150. Dispones de un baño completo compartido con otra habitación. La casa tiene una espectacular terraza donde podrás disfrutar de unos lindos atardeceres acompañado del canto de los pájaros. Estamos en una calle peatonal por lo tanto no hay ruido de coches.

The suite is designed for your maximum comfort, with a bedroom with a 180x190 double bed, a private bathroom with shower, a private living-dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The entire room is equipped with underfloor heating and ceiling fans.
