Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Granbury

Dawn was very accommodating and very empathetic to our family loss. We gave her short notice so the few minor things were no big deal. Any questions regardless of how silly she was on top of them. Sharing a local hot spot for food. I would highly recommend Acorn Run and if we need accommodations again will definitely return. Much heartfelt thanks💐

Nicole was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we first messaged. The accommodation was beautifully decorated and tastefully furnished. Everything was high quality. We loved every minute of being there and relaxed as if we were at home. There was something for each member of the family and we made full use of the BBQ, deck, fishing, nature watching and the amazing hot tub. This is highly recommended to anyone and we sincerely hope to return and explore Granbury and local area more. We couldn't drag ourselves away for too long but the drive in movie was great fun..

The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. It was ideal for our family’s quick trip, offering both convenience and comfort. This was the perfect home for our multi-family stay with young kids! The house was well stocked with a crib, toys, books and games, and the pool and fishing access were a huge hit. The house was clean and comfortable! Very quick drive from the house into the Granbury town square. We would stay again!

This house was everything we wanted and more! The house & property was extremely well kept & clean. The beds were EXTRA COMFORTABLE! Check in & checkout was smooth, & communication was great. We absolutely loved the backyard and pool & we found ourselves swimming every day! This was truly the best experience we have had with air bnb, and I would recommend this property to anyone who wants a true luxury experience! And the reverse osmosis water was excellent for drinking! Showers were soft on the skin! This will be a house we will definitely be returning to in the future! Already booking again!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Perfect Lakeside Getaway! We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the peaceful water each morning was a dream. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated the abundance of towels and the super soft blankets that made lounging extra cozy. The couch was just as comfy – perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. The host was fantastic – very responsive, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making the space feel welcoming and well-stocked. Overall, this was the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Wayne was very friendly, welcoming, and gave local insight. We had the kids (and dads) camping in the yard while mom’s slept in the a/c. The kids loved exploring the trails, looking for rocks, sticks, bugs, and flowers. Property is very close to the state park. However, the kids favorite place was Big Rock Park near downtown. We went each day we were there and also enjoyed a delicious “Funky Monkey” snow cone. We visit the area about once a year and have found nothing but kind hosts to take us in. We had a great time, and it was all possible because of this property and these hosts. I can’t thank them enough.

Third time renting and I always enjoy staying here to get away for a weekend and get some fresh air and sun. River was higher than normal and we took advantage of it. Wildlife is abundant, a pair of owls graced us with their presence each evening once the sun went behind the trees. Perfect trip.

This place was a great getaway, the perfect cabin for me as a solo traveler.

Cute little place. Our first stay in a tiny home and it was a neat experience. It was peaceful which was exactly what we were looking for. I loved the books that were available in the cabin, they were just perfect. The town was adorable.

A Truly Magical Escape – More Than We Could Have Hoped For: My partner Kacey and I stayed at the Saddle House with our two puppies, and it was nothing short of magnificent. Nestled on a serene 40-acre property, this peaceful haven offers trails that lead straight out from the back pasture, where deer roam freely each evening and the gentle presence of two beautiful horses and a friendly donkey—who loves a good butt scratch—greeted us daily. Every morning we woke up to stillness and beauty, spent our days hiking and splashing in the Paluxy River with our dogs, and ended our nights under the stars. It was exactly the kind of soul-soothing break from the everyday grind that we needed. One of the sweetest highlights was on our last night—Carrie, the incredible manager, surprised us with warm, homemade chocolate chip cookies delivered right to our door. Her kindness and the love put into every detail of this property made it feel like a home away from home. thanks Country Woods Inn.

What a beautiful little hideaway on Granbury Lake! Clean and pristine! I LOVE the decor! It was adorable and so well put together! The beds were WONDERFUL! SUPER comfy!! So much that I had to ask where she got them so I could get one myself! Loved the soaking tub as well as the hot tub. The view of the lake is wonderful—really adds to the peaceful setting. The fire pit was a fun way to end the day. We enjoyed our meals on the deck, though you might want to bring some bug repellent and citronella candles or torches to repel bugs and mosquitoes, as you’re at the lake with lots of typical wildlife and water around you. It’s also close to the town square as well as groceries. We personally had Amazon and Walmart deliver groceries and other items. I honestly was impressed how quickly aforos got back to us when we had questions—even late at night—I kind of felt bad for her to be so on call all the time—she is really devoted to making sure your stay is wonderful! I look forward to next time!
