This place is cute as a button and a total throwback to the old motels from the 70s. The town is very rural. Beware the wandering cows when you are driving in. It was so peaceful and quiet out there. Local restaurant The Boathouse had delicious food! Bed was comfy. AC worked great. They also have lots of games, books, and free coffee in the mornings. Bathrooms were spotless! Tub is a bit slippery so be careful but the water pressure was glorious! Definitely worth the price, especially since it is only about 45 min from the Skywalk!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! The place was extremely clean and had a welcoming feel from the moment we walked in. It’s also well stocked with everything you could possibly need which made our short stay very comfortable. The location was easy to find, and check in was seamless. We stayed just one night, but it was truly memorable especially the star gazing from the patio at night! The sky was so clear and the surroundings so peaceful it felt surreal. Another big plus is that the home is less than 30mins from the West Rim of Grand Canyon, which made our visit there the next morning incredibly easy. The host Denise was wonderful! Very responsive, friendly and she gave us great suggestions and tips for making the most of our visit to the Grand Canyon. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting the area!

We enjoyed this spotless private home with a comfortable bed, nice furnishings, and a very well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed was provided. The linens were plentiful and like new. The wrap around porch with a beautiful view was a bonus. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive.

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. The place was so peaceful and really in a tranquil location. Driving out to the place, you really wouldn’t expect to come upon such a hidden gem. It’s hidden about a half mile off the main road. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset here. Only small issue we ran into was the shower going in between hot and cold, and the generator plug being a bit finicky. Once we got it all figured out, all worked wonderfully. Also, the hosts were so attentive and even let us extend our check in and out a bit to accommodate our day plans. They answered my (many) questions within 10 min of sending a message and were so kind. Loved our stay, and couldn’t say enough good things about it. Would be such a fun stay for a group of friends, but also a romantic getaway.

We had a great stay at Robert’s place in Dolan Springs! It was the perfect base for exploring the area—super convenient for visiting both the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. Plus, being just a short drive from Las Vegas made it an ideal stop on our road trip. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Robert was a responsive and helpful host throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to explore Northern Arizona and beyond!
