Cottage holiday rentals in Grand Haven

The cottage was beautiful, and though there was a little bit of miscommunication, Tim and Kate went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us! We would definitely consider staying again when it's warmer out!

Extremely nice house that worked perfectly for our family of eight. The four kids (7, 5, 1.6, and 4 months) sleeping arrangements were just right. There was plenty of toys and things to do for the kids - including water options.

This place is so pretty. It was very spacious and the surroundings were gorgeous! We did not want to live. We felt like we were home and the beach was only a few minutes away. Zach was very helpful and responsive and very accommodating. The only thing we did not like was that the landscaping people were there twice during our stay. Waking up our baby one morning. We also had an issue w one of the hammocks but did not address this with Zach until after our stay.

Great place to stay located right in the coast and close to fun towns. Lee is an amazing host!

Kate’s home was wonderful! We had a lovely time with our boys and the hot tub was just what our backs needed after chasing them around the dunes all day. Kate had great recommendations of local spots and was quick to respond to any questions. It was an absolutely wonderful stay and we hope to return soon!

We used the home for an annual ladies only get away, it was relaxing, beautiful, very clean and had everything we needed including a beautiful hot tub, our host was very responsive to messages, I would recommend it to anyone and will consider it again for a relaxing getaway.

Dragan was an amazing host. When a problem occurred he was quick to fix it and make it better! Super responsive and a lovely place!

The beds are actually comfortable! this was a great place. it had beautiful scenery and communication was great!

We had a great short getaway. The house was cozy and close to the things we wanted to see while out on our trip. We had a pleasant conversation while we stopped at their store down town and got some recommendations on where to go for dinner ( although I forgot half of them!). All in all a nice get away

Perfect private cabin in the woods. It is far enough from downtown Saugatuck to avoid traffic but close enough that we could easily run back to relieve the dog when needed. About 7 minutes from downtown Saugatuck. There were so many amenities we didn't get to use (ran out of time), but were super nice to see like the fire pit and the sauna. It is super private and very well hidden. Maybe too well hidden. My only gripe regarding our stay was the initial finding of the driveway LOL. It looks more like a trail and it is RIGHT after the guardrail nearby. But hey, you can guarantee no one will stumble upon your private stay. The interior of this studio cabin was gorgeous and super clean. Overall, we ran out of time to explore all of Saugatuck and we will definitely be using this place again the next time we visit.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It is close to the lake. Walking distance to a small beach. Very peaceful. We used the bikes to ride on the Fred Meijer trail and around the lake. Only about a 10 minute drive into town less than that to get to Walmart. We would definitely stay again when in the area visiting relatives .

A very charming home! Cozy, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Spring Lake. The enclosed yard was perfect for our little dog and the laundry was a big plus after beach days. The host clearly put a lot of thought into the space and even shared a detailed local guide. Great stay all around - highly recommend!

Loved our stay here. Quiet, beautiful views, but only 15 minutes away from restaurants and other things to do. Comfortable for our family and small dog. The back sun room was our favorite place and the upstairs nook was our hangout spot every evening. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway that's not too far from everything.

This is our second visit to Tim and Tracy’s home and we loved it so much we returned with our adult children and I’m already thinking about our return trip later this year. Quiet, comfortable, and a wonderful location for everyone including our two small dogs as well. Thank you Tracy and Tim!

Review..... Host Annette was very accommodating and fast response. The home is a very quaint cottage with every amenity we needed. There are many water toys (peddle boat, kayak, paddle board) and life jackets. My grandchildren enjoyed fishing and swimming. But, the best part is the amazing view. Even saw a deer in the lake! our family of five plus two puppies had a wonderful stay. we have stayed in alot of homes and this one was our families favorite so far. Great layout! the laundry room was great for me. Do plan for grocery pick up for main needs as once your settled its a drive to big box stores. And you dont want to leave! so mush to do three nights was not enough time for this great town and home.

This lakeside cabin is an idyllic vacation getaway for couples. It took some trial and error to able to use the listed appliances, but we managed to find a proper routine for using them. The hammock is set up in the perfect place under the trees. The sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. And, best of all, bubble wands. (Probably more intended for family use, but blowing bubbles is the ultimate way to relax.) 10 out of 10. Would booked again. P.S., If you drink coffee, you might wanna get some extra sugar to be safe. If Irina is provide extra sugar, then please disregard this postscript.

We booked the cottage back in December when we were dreaming of a quick summer getaway. Ashley's place did not disappoint! It was perfect for our family of four. The location is ideal. We were able to walk to the private beach easily - they beach wagon was key. Beaches, shops and restaurants in South Haven and Saugatuck were easy to get to if we needed a change of pace. The cottage provided everything we need including a great outdoor space with a firepit to make s'mores in the evening. I'd highly recommend Ashley's place if you are looking for a peaceful vacation!

The location can’t be beat! Overlooked Lake Michigan and close to Muskegon beaches. The house is roomy and comfortable, nicely decorated. Paul met us at the house, did a quick walk through together and answered our questions. Would stay again!

Loved this house! We had 8 girls. The beds were comfy, the house was stocked very well. I came over prepared with seasonings, garbage bags, and a lot of the basics.. and Paul had it all! Had plenty of towels & beach towels…The only thing we couldn’t find was a cutting board… quick Meijer trip! We LOVED THE HOUSE! interior was beautiful, a little dusty and bathroom downstairs needed a little cleaning but it was a 20 minute clean. I’m also very neat freak in that way and just did a cleaning when we got there. The property was beautiful, well stocked with firewood, was able to park 4 cars nicely. The sand down by the water was super soft. The upper deck (needed to wear shoes d/t a girl getting a splinter) the lower deck was Trex Deck & very nice. Hot tub was awesome. Overall, a wonderful experience & we all want to make it a yearly tradition coming back. Neighbors were nice and we were greeted by the friendly dog of a nearby neighbor. Quiet neighbor & about a 25-30 minute drive to GR

Great location, kids had a lot of fun. This place is well worth it after a long day at the beach always felt good coming back to relax on the couch.
