Rustic lakefront 1 bedroom cottage on Keeler Bay, Lake Champlain. Ideal for a couple or small family. Enjoy a Vermont getaway filled with nights by the fire and stunning sunrises. This relaxing location is close proximity to great local restaurants and endless shops in Burlington, VT (25 minute drive). Spacious beach (although not ideal for swimming) we welcome guests to bring kayaks and canoes, plus a dock slip for all of your nautical activities! This property will leave you wanting more.

Downtown Burlington is a quick 30-minute drive, while the islands themselves offer a variety of restaurants and breweries within 5–10 minutes. For avid cyclists, the cottage is about 9 miles from the Island Line Trail parking area—the starting point for the ferry to the Lake Champlain Causeway. From there, it’s another scenic 10 miles along the bike path to Burlington’s Waterfront Park.

Enjoy gorgeous, west facing sunsets most nights on the Adirondack swing or while eating dinner on the spacious deck. Out back enjoy a large area for your recreational desires.

Newly constructed (July 2024) centrally located charming cottage with lake views on the east shore of Grand Isle. Step out your front door and enjoy a walk, run or bike ride along the quiet scenic road that winds along Lake Champlain. Includes 5 x 7 lockable cedar storage shed with beach chairs, cooler and room for bikes and extra gear. Offering lake views only, this property is not lakefront. Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.
