Anything else, this is not your place. It is about 15 minutes from Venice Marina. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE RENTAL AND PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE FOR OUR PLACE. This cozy beach cottage is located in the heart of a quaint, coastal town. Prime location to explore the beach, local shops and restaurants. We are also on the Mardi Gras Parade route. Added bonus is that our cottage is 4ft off the ground if climbing stairs is challenging. For those who love to fish, there is a convenient fish cleaning station on the property.
