The hosts were fantastic—attentive and responsive. The condo was lovely, well-equipped, and offered a secluded, peaceful atmosphere. We recommend having a vehicle; we managed with local transportation (colectivos). For groceries, we visited Chedraui in Puerto Aventuras and found everything we needed. The water pressure was gentle, but we adapted. The pool was refreshing, and we even spotted some flying monkeys! The place was clean. Max, the host, kindly provided us with drinking water while we went to the store. Overall, it was a great experience.

The property is beautiful. the apartment was very comfortable. The king Beds were nice. Very quiet building. the pool was nice and rooftop hammock area. we always snorkel the lagoon and a short beach walk to see turtle eggs. Edgar was responsive and helpful. We requested a late checkout and it was granted so we could do an early Cenote nearby. Our dog was comfortable and everything was great.

We stayed at Jen's cute apartment for two months and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. It was ideal for two couples, with two good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, ensuite bathrooms, a small but well equipped kitchen, plus a TV and air conditioning in every room. We often had our coffee on the patio and were excited to see monkeys and Kudamundi in the trees. We walked every day along the beaches, and snorkeled often in the lagoon. If we needed anything or had questions, we contacted Jen who responded right away. We agree with Jen's recommendation of having a car to enjoy the area more fully. Taxis are very expensive! However, we managed to get around using the Colectivos, (very inexpensive), which come along the highway frequently. There is a wading pool that is perfect for cooling off, comfortable loungers and umbrellas, plus a lovely shaded area to sit and read. Edgar, the manager, VERY kindly took us grocery shopping on our first day, and brought us back!! A memorable holiday.
