Only 10 minutes drive to the bustling market town of Thame, 35 minutes to Oxford, 40 minutes to London by train and 45 minutes to London LHR.

The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. THE POOL WILL REOPEN ON THE 1st OF MAY. THE POOL WILL BE HEATED IN JUNE, JULY & AUGUST, IT WILL NOT BE HEATED IN MAY. IT WILL CLOSE 8/09/25

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, set amongst 115 acres of a David Bellamy awarded park in the rural heart of Northamptonshire. The park itself boasts lakes and walks, fishing, outdoor swimming pool (seasonal), The Pine Trees Bar and Kitchen overlooking the lakes, serving food all day (including breakfast) and live entertainment at the weekends. At the top of the park you can find a well stocked shop, laundrette, hair dressers, an all weather tennis and bowls courts.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Overstone Lakes Luxury Static Caravan

A luxurious 2 bedroom caravan (sleeps 6) on a peaceful site that has been awarded a Gold Banner David Bellamy Conservation Award. Situated near Sywell, in the rural Northamptonshire countryside, Overstone Lakes is an ideal getaway location for all the family. You will be greeted by the picturesque surroundings of the park and there is also an excellent selection of lakeside walks. Please note any branded work vehicles are not allowed on site and must be parked at the pub next door.

Open plan living/dining/kitchen area, separate WC, master bedroom with double bed, bedroom two with twin single beds and a family bathroom. Outside the property boasts a covered balcony area, a private lawned garden and patio area. The property has access to a shared outdoor heated pool, tennis courts, basketball court, mini golf and clubhouse providing dining, bar and cabaret.

Enjoy the tranquillity and seclusion of our spacious pool house chalet, complete with private seasonally heated (1 May to 30 September) outdoor swimming pool and all year round hot tub Jacuzzi spa, located on our 30 acre farm and equestrian centre in the rural hamlet of Henton on the outskirts of Chinnor, Oxfordshire. The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.

Lovely private annex with own access and parking

A newly refurbished modern self-contained annex to our house close to the centre of Wootton village. Set in large gardens, within easy distance of Brackmills, Northampton, Towcester (Silverstone) and Milton Keynes. We shall greet you on arrival and make sure all is right, but after that you can have keys and independent access so you can come and go as you wish.
