What a gem!! Francesco’s and Marilena’s apartment is simply amazing. It is well equipped, has everything needed (and more), such a cosy place. We felt home the second we moved in there. Delicious restaurants are in walking distance, also there’s enough street parkings close by, if you have a rental car. Within short drives you can reach various beaches/other towns. We also appreciated the restaurant/beach/visit recommendations by the hosts. We’ll definitely recommend this place to everyone, it’s the perfect place to explore Noto and the surrounding area.

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had! The host was incredibly responsive — quick to answer any questions and always just a message away with helpful tips and recommendations. The check-in process was seamless, and the space was exactly as described: clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. You can tell the host really cares about their guests’ comfort. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and enjoyable stay. Thank you for being such a fantastic host!

Vincenzo’s place is a gem. The apartment is perfect for a small family, a group of friends or two couples. The apartment was spotless, with comfy beds and linens, nice touches like spare toothbrushes, bathrobes and beach towels. The hosts even left homemade Limoncello for us to try (it was delicious btw)! Any question we had was answered immediately. The hosts were incredibly responsive and were so caring and warm in their responses. The beach is within a few feet of the apartment. Beautiful water and a lovely beach to explore. Our family had such a relaxing time and we were able to slow down and just enjoy ! If you want a beautiful beach getaway, this is the place to be!

We loved our stay. The house has a plenty of space, it was clean and had all the things we needed (and more). We felt instantly relaxed and our daughter enjoyed running around and exploring. The whole property was completely empty which made it even better (there are two houses). The beach is just like 2 minutes away, again we were mostly on our own. There are beautiful towns to explore not too far

Beautiful and very stylish and high-quality furnished apartment. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen super equipped. Great bathroom with rain shower. From the terrace, there is a great sea view, very quiet location, despite the directly adjacent road. Within walking distance (5 minutes) small supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning and an attached coffee and bistro for small snacks. Nearest larger supermarket also easily accessible (15-20 minutes by car). Car parking directly at the property. Beach towels available. The landlord lives right next door and surprised us with very nice little things at the beginning. Contact with the agency is also very good. Day trips (Ispica, Ragusa, Modica, Siracusa, Noto, Marzamemi) can be reached in <1h. Catania airport on the highway in 1:20h and Taormina also highway in 2h. The motorway is currently toll-free (!) up to Catania (June 2025). Spiaga del Calabosche (<1h) is also super beautiful.

One of the most beautiful and atmospheric places I’ve had the pleasure of staying in :) I believe it’s one of the best locations in the town of Modica. Very close to the center, but also conveniently near a parking area :) Giancarlo is very friendly and always ready to help, offering great advice and local recommendations. If I could, I would stay there the whole summer!

A true dream by the sea! Falling asleep to the sound of the waves and enjoying the various seating areas in the garden, walking distance to a lovely, quiet beach – simply perfect for relaxing. The charming kitchen has a top-notch stovetop and oven, and the upper floor is beautifully renovated. We also loved the barbecue and the outdoor shower. The hosts are extremely helpful and always available. On the downside, two of the beds have very hard mattresses, and the downstairs bathroom is rather uncomfortable and smells a bit (however it's practical as an extra toilet). Overall, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this accommodation!

One of the most beautiful accommodations I've ever been to! Stylish, modern, imaginatively furnished... simply fantastic! Above all, the view from the balcony of the old town of Modica is so great!!! Will definitely visit again. Marcello gives the best tips and is super nice and friendly. :)
