The log cabin is located in the countryside of the village of Löa. The cabin has no electricity or running water so here you cook in the wood stove, get water in the pump and get to use the toilet, just like it was before. If it's too cold to swim in the lake, there is a shower to borrow in another building. Gasoline powered fridge to store food in. On the farm, you can help feed calves, sheep and chickens and pick eggs for breakfast. Moose and beaver safaris with the cabin owner as guide can be booked. Boat, kayak and raft to rent.

Löa is a small village in Bergslagen, which offers beautiful environment and the nature around the corner. Water, swimming and fishing are located about 1 km from the apartment. The forest is located directly outside. Marked hiking trails are available for both big and small. Playground for the kids is available at the nearby village school. Grocery shopping is about 1 mile away.

Stay in your own little cottage on a living farm with cows, sheep, horses and many other animals just outside your cabin. The cottage has a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed, a kitchen/living room and toilet with shower. Smålandstorps gård is located in Järnboås, 20 kilometers from Nora in Bergslagen. Close to forest and outdoor life, MTB trails, nice swimming lakes and fishing lakes. In the spring, calves and lambs are born on the farm and you as a guest can get a visit to the animals.

TV och WiFi finns. Diskmedel, duschtvål och toapapper ingår för 1-2 dagar. Lakan, handdukar och slutstädning ingår inte, men kan hyras.

Hyttan

The 160-year-old furnace in the heart of Bergslagen was used for the production of iron ore until the mid 50'. In 2010, the building was given new life and transformed from a ruin into an exclusive private residence in industrial romantic style. Enjoy the 16 meter ceiling height and a striking view of the river rushing by just outside the huge windows. On the site and in the surrounding forest, several ruins remain from the time when it was still a vibrant industry.
