Beachfront holiday rental in Granite Bay

Awesome little cabins on the river. Great fishing in the morning with a perfect spot on the bear river. Cabins were perfectly clean and the beds are super comfortable. Grill worked well and they supplied pots and pans. You definitely do need a 4x4/AWD to get down next to the cabins. RAV4 with AWD made it up and down fine. Awesome affordable getaway. 10/10 would recommend.

This location is one of my favorites in the world. The comfortable room and pond are both peaceful, relaxing, and refreshing. The pond is clean and full of healthy fish. The birds, cats, and Leeloo (the loving dog) are all a pleasure to be around, but Rena really is the best. She is more-than-accommodating, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. I always look forward to paying the pond house a visit, and it’s yet another excuse to shake the rust off the fishing rods. As always, I’ll be back soon. Thanks again, Rena.

Beautiful location for a girls weekend getaway. We were very impressed with the cabin and area, we didn’t want to go home! We will definitely plan to come again, and maybe even make it a yearly trip! Thank you, Danika!

We chose this as a weekend getaway and it did not disappoint. If you enjoy privacy and your own private river oasis, you will absolutely love this site. The river was clean, warm and full of fish. Pet friendly. The tent was not what I expected but because it was only 2 of us and our 3 dogs, there were plenty room. There is a propane grill (with provided gas) and plenty of seating throughout. The host even has 4 kayaks available for use. The host met us at the site and was extremely friendly and welcoming. My only "complaint" would be how scary it was when leaving the site if you do not have a 4x4 vehicle. This is highly recommended (as posted) if you plan to drive down to the site, but the host does have parking for cars that are not. Just be prepared to walk (not long). It does have 2 port-a-potties with quality toilet paper. Some tips of you choose to stay: bring your own water (no fresh water) and a canopy. Overall, the stay was a great escape from city life. Highly recommended.

It was such a beautiful scenery. Walking around the property at night was my favorite. So peaceful! I enjoyed the scenery. Challenged with the road being closed, not the hosts fault but that my GPS was being difficult. I had to ask for help at a gas station but once we found it, it was worth it. Pets were allowed so our puppy got to enjoy the stay as well. It was perfect for me, my puppy and my two daughters.

The home was super comfortable! The outdoor space was one of my favorite parts! Tons of hummingbirds to see! Having a large group like I did the house was spacious and full of potential to host. There were several TV's and lounge areas it was a great get away. So close to Folsom Lake, and San Francisco!

El lugar es lindo, tiene una hermosa vista hacia el lago, el espacio es acogedor, tranquilo, no hay ruido. Todo excelente.

David has a good spot, would highly recommend if you want a nice step out walk to Lake Folsom. Has everything you need, and is very comfortable even with the heat during the summer.
