This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic vacation home “Landlust,” featuring an idyllic, large garden and located 100 meters from the swimming area. Boathouse with private dock. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. LoftGartenBerlin is a beautiful top floor loft in a dream location in Berlin Mitte - Gartenstraße. Vibrant life just 50 metres away in Torstraße with excellent restaurants, bars and cafés. The world-famous Museum Island, the Cathedral and the Reichstag are all within walking distance. Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. The perfect hideaway in the city center.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Child-Friendly Apartment at Pfarrhof Warbende

The MONOCEROS has everything you need for a cozy break and romantic evenings. A well-equipped kitchen with dining table and bar for 4 people, fireplace and a large bathroom with underfloor heating. A comfortable folding bed for two and a couch can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Our boat is located in a fenced private area which is monitored by a security service at night. Except for the raccoon and the fox, you are protected from visitors

Sunny vacation home on Lake Zenssee

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) on two floors, a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

Quiet hideaway in the Rhinluch

Enjoy a relaxing time just an hour from Berlin on the edge of a small village, right next to the nature reserve. During the day, you can explore nature by bike or on foot or visit cities such as Neuruppin and Rheinsberg. The well-known "Storchendorf" Linum is the neighboring village. Sauna and fireplace evenings or the quiet terrace and the idyllic garden complete a day in nature.

The apartment is on the ground floor and offers enough space for up to 4 people on about 66 m². It includes two bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower room, a bathtub and a terrace with lake views.
