Umgeben von Seen und Kanälen in unberührter Natur, die zu jeder Jahreszeit ihren eigenen Reiz hat. Das separate, sehr private, charmante Kutscherhaus des Anwesens bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Ein Kamin sorgt zusätzlich für wohlige Wärme, ein großer Garten mit Terrasse lädt zum Grillen + Chillen ein.

Enjoy the tranquility and security of these ancient walls. Surrounded by ancient trees in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Your apartment is on the 2nd floor and was carefully renovated. We rebuilt the old clay frameworks, uncovered the ancient floorboards and only the finest clay paint was used on the walls. The hideaway is rounded off by a small cast iron fireplace for the evenings and a private sauna on the edge of the field... We love children 🧡🌟 4 cats and 1 dog live on the farm ;-)

Mini Apartment Altbau Prenzlauer Berg

Here you will find a mini apartment (18 square meters) with everything you need for a stay of a few days. Bed, kitchen and shower are open-plan and ensure that you do not feel confined, despite the few square meters. The toilet has its own door. Located on the 5th floor of a renovated old building in the popular Winsstraße, private entrance and rear view into the countryside (no elevator). We also live in the house and will be happy to help you with any questions or tips.

Located on the canal with direct view to the water. The bedroom/workspace are located at the back and are very quiet. Kreuzberg is one of the city's most lively areas. A street market takes place directly in front of the apartment on Tuesdays and Fridays with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as ready made food while on Saturdays you can buy all sorts of handicraft. Kottbusser Tor station (5 minute walk) connects north, south, east and west without the need to change.

There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. The 40 sqm apartment consists of a room with sleeping places for two people, private kitchen and bathroom. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a plot of 6000 sqm, directly on the lake. On our large property there is plenty of space to relax, with a small barrel sauna (min 15€ per heater donation for the wood), large trampoline, ping pong table, fire pit, Hollywood swing by the lake and of course space to eat and grill outside.

You live in the middle of the historic old town and walk only 1 minute to the beautiful lake promenade and 5 minutes to the center, with market place, cafes and shops. Restaurants, cafés, pubs, bathing areas and the spa are within walking distance. In addition, you can book 1 or 2 standups, if currently available.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2 min walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and 5 min walk to the Rummelsburger Bucht on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

On two floors with a large garden and a terrace, there are enough retreats to escape everyday life. A large fireplace offers cozy warmth on colder days. Lake Plau is within walking distance, as are various shopping and leisure activities in the sweet old town of Plau am See.

Accommodation "Baalensee" close to nature with shower & toilet

On a hill, nestled by old trees, stands 1 of 3 unconventional huts with 2 beds each. In any weather (except in winter), the cabin can offer camping friends, cyclists or last-minute guests an overnight stay as an alternative to the tent. Just a sleeping bag and a towel in your luggage. The comfort consists of a roof over your head, a place to sleep, a nice campfire and a warm outdoor shower with separate toilet.
