Colleen's place was everything she said about it... quaint and quiet; cozy & complete; clean & comfortable. Her messaging was spot on. Off-street personal parking and safe night time lighting made the place more secure. Seamless keyless entry was quick on both the outside door as well as my room door. The unit I stayed in was a large room with a bed and mechanical desk for sitting or standing; kitchenette and fold out couch. A large closet gave lots of room for a longer stay; and the bathroom was super clean and new-feeling. Also, the location is super easy for the DFW airport, the Gaylord Texan, Grapevine and several key highways (I-35 and I-635, Texas highways 114, 121 and 360). Would definitely stay here again!

Let me start by saying this place is adorable. So easy to find. The apartment has its own separate parking area. The host is truly wonderful. Her instant response when we had a concern about a small but important issue showed just how caring Victoria is. She’s the perfect host. The bed is amazingly comfortable. The living space is completely as described in the listing. The bathroom and living area are pristine and the shower is wonderful, with loads of hot water. Victoria directed us to where the two kayaks were stored so we could take them to paddle Pilot Knoll Lake during our visit. All in all we were completely satisfied and thrilled with our experience in this well appointed, private apartment that is adjacent to the host’s home, yet completely separate. If you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed! Thank you Victoria!

We were looking for a safe and quiet neighborhood during a remodel that forced us from our home and we got exactly that with this house! It has all the convenience of living in DFW but it's tucked away so well that not even the highway noise reaches it Darren was so responsive to all of our needs and was extremely accommodating. The house was had just enough space for our family of 5. The backyard, swing out front and cul-de-sac provided great places for the kids to play.
