Quietly located on the edge of the forest, our eco-friendly cottage is 10 minutes from the Chassezac River, 15 minutes from Les Vans and 25 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche. The Nordic bath is optional, on the private terrace of the cottage, to be managed independently. Price: 65 euros per stay (wood heating included) Shops and markets are a 5-minute walk away. Hiking trail starts from the cottage and 2 minutes from the greenway for bike rides. Things to do nearby: Canoeing kayaking, canyoning, mountain biking...

Restaurée avec goût et charme, elle dispose de tous les équipements modernes, mais conserve son caractère authentique. Vous aimerez son ravissant petit jardin ombragé et fleuri. La maison est tout près des commerces : boulangerie, épicerie, caviste, presse, pharmacie, papeterie, fleuriste, coiffeurs, poste et banque. Marché de produits locaux le vendredi matin.

Welcome to my cozy 110m² house in the Ardèche region, with a terrace and garden, in a quiet neighborhood. This is a completely non-smoking house! - Master bedroom (sleeps 2) upstairs - Sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the living room (real mattress) If needed, a studio apartment with a bedroom (double bed) is available. Please confirm availability when booking. This is my primary residence, so some personal belongings will remain. Please take care of them and avoid disturbing them too much!

Its interior of 60 m² really cozy in three levels, will offer you all the necessary comfort for your stay. Downstairs, a nice dining kitchen is equipped with a toilet. On the first level, a sitting area TV and reading, on the last level a nice bedroom with bed 160 and a beautiful bathroom. A magnificent stone staircase connects the different levels.
