Bienvenue au Gîte Sous les pins, en Drôme Provençale, entre campagne et foret. Ce gite climatisé de 70m2 se compose d'une grande pièce de vie avec cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, réfrigérateur congélateur, four, etc... Vous aurez une salle de bain avec baignoire ainsi qu'un WC séparé. Les 2 chambres avec vue sur le parc arboré sont équipées de rangement et penderie, un canapé lit 2 personnes pourra servir de couchage supplémentaire. Terrasse privative de 50m2 avec jacuzzi (2 nuits minimum )

You are looking for tranquility, you have found it... "La Villageoise" is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, a stone's throw from the restaurant "La Cigale et la Fourchette". Come and rest in this pleasant independent space (separate kitchenette and shower room). Your favorite pet is welcome. Located in Vallon-pont-d'Arc, quiet, with a great view. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

This old barn dating from the 15th century was a silk factory! With an area of 75 square meters, it is composed of a large living room with open kitchen, sitting area with sofa bed, wood-burning stove..., and upstairs a large bedroom with bathroom. Small extra sofa bed in the bedroom if needed Overlooking the gardens and pool, you have direct access to the Esplanade du Tilleul for outdoor dining, and the rest of the gardens, with direct access to the forest.

Not far from Avignon, Nîmes, the Camargue, the sea or the Cévennes, the place is conveniently located for exploring the region. In our very typical village of St Quentin la Poterie, all shops, you will fall in love with the creations of potters, restaurants, the farmers' market on Tuesdays and the authentic Provencal market on Fridays in a southern atmosphere.

We offer a 2-room apartment on the 1st floor of our villa with a terrace and beautiful views of the countryside, 700 m from village. We are located: Close to Montélimar and its nougat museums The Ardèche gorges with its Pont-d'Arc Crocodile farm and giant tortoises Chauvet Cave....... Numerous hiking trails on site including the GR42 20 minutes from the Tricastin power station. The apartment measures 48 m2 + a covered terrace of 16 m2.

Gite du Moulin

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

On the heights of Labeaume, you will be the only master on board this family home with stunning views. Swimming pool, shaded terraces or full sun, river at your feet, you will just have to choose. Relaxation, walks on foot or by bike, the place is beautiful in any season. It's up to you... The house welcomes you with all the comforts, your bikes and motorcycles will also be sheltered. The house is pet-friendly.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
