Relax in this unique and peaceful home with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with fridge that has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy stove. The bathroom section consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

This summer cottage is 45 sqm, consists of 2 bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places. The plot consists mostly of lawn, suitable for outdoor play. You'll have access to two patios, one of which is facing the south. Outdoor grill is available. In the nearby area, within walking distance of the house, there is access to swimming at the jetty, cliffs, and beach. The beach is child friendly and is 3 min walk from the house. Looking for the tranquility, or want an active vacation? There is an opportunity for both. This cozy cottage is located on northern Gräsö, in a fantastic surroundings. Here you have 2 km to nice swimming cliffs, 1 km to the fishing harbor with swimming jetty and nice nature trails for hiking or running around the corner. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers stunning cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also conducive for fishing. Bedlinen and towels/bath towels are included.

Self-catering. Öregrund is a charming town on the east coast with wooden houses and narrow alleys. In summer there are lots of restaurants and cafer. To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 min. 5 min walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Cozy cottage by Källsjö – sauna, boat & close to nature

Observera att boendet saknar starkström och dusch, men är beläget vid en källsjö med rent och friskt vatten som lämpar sig väl för tvätt och hygien. Stugan drivs enbart av 12-volts el för enklare belysning, vilket innebär begränsad elektrisk kapacitet. Det finns dock möjlighet att ladda mobiltelefoner via uttag. Följande tillgångar: Ved till bastu Dricksvatten i dunk Sängkläder (gäster får gärna ta med egna om önskas) Utedass Liten grill Roddbåt Kanot Boendet är lämpat till max 2 personer.
