What a fantastic tranquil and very traditional emilian mountain house. Extremely peaceful area and lots of patio space to enjoys the views. Elena was precise and so helpful. The value for money is excellent.

Alloggio perfetto e host gentilissimi! L’appartamento è ottimo con 2 ampie camere da letto, pulitissimo, con aria condizionata rinfrescante ma non invadente e possibilità di parcheggio proprio davanti all’ingresso. La simpaticissima e disponibile coppia di host che ci ha accolto, dopo averci spiegato le semplici regole della casa ed offerto una buonissima torta per la colazione del giorno seguente, ha saputo poi indicarci un ottimo ristorante a pochi passi dalla casa. Tutto perfetto !

The host was flexible with check in time which was amazing. Their home was very clean. The balconies are gorgeous and we enjoyed our morning coffee while relaxing on it. The best part was the bed. Full linens, comfortable pillows and soft, plump bed along with a duvet. Probably the best sleep I had while visiting Italy. I would stay here again if I’m ever in the area and will recommend same to my friends and family.

Beautifully designed, large barn style building in a rustic/ steam punk kind of way! We had the apartment which was spacious and had a mezzanine bedroom upstairs. There are two AC units to help cool the open plan set up. Comfortable sofas, TV, open plan large kitchen with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glassware. Nice table and chairs outside on the open deck. Only downside, but didn’t spoil our one night stay in any way, but if we were there for longer it would, was the parking. Although onsite it was in a grass parking area with no shade and approx 100/150 metres from the property. All in all would stay again if we were heading in their direction.

Marco's apartment has the perfect location - it's walkable to everything in the old town (you can literally see the baptistery right when you come out of the building) and Marco gave us great recommendations for restaurants which we really appreciated. The apartment is EXTREMELY comfortable, with great air conditioining which we really appreciated given the summer heat. The wifi worked great too and the kitchen allowed us to do simple things like wash fruits etc. The bed was very comfortable too, and I even used the terrace to dry some laundry. All in all, we said to each other that we could see ourselves staying here for much longer, would totally recommend to everyone looking for a cosy place to stay in Parma! Extra thanks to Marco for helping us call a taxi before we left, and for proactively reaching out to say he was there if we needed anything!

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert. Man ist ganz alleine in der Natur. Es gibt tolle Bikewege in der Umgebung. Auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, wird es nicht langweilig. Man kann viel unternehmen oder einfach in der wunderschönen Unterkunft relaxen und sich etwas Leckeres kochen. Die Küche ist nämlich super ausgestattet. Marco und seine Frau Chiara sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wir haben uns in Lindies wunderschöner Unterkunft rundum verwöhnt gefühlt – von der ersten Nachricht, zum Empfang bis hin zur herzlichen Verabschiedung war einfach alles perfekt. Die Einrichtung mit ihrem gemütlichem Charme strahlt eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre aus, in der man sich sofort entspannen kann. Die Lage ist unschlagbar: Absolut ruhig!!! Morgens die Tür öffnen und den Duft frisch gebrühten Kaffees in der Sonne vor der Tür genießen – unbezahlbar. Abends haben wir bei einem Glas Wein den Sonnenuntergang bewundert. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir Lindies außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft: Ihre prompte, freundliche Kommunikation sind nicht selbstverständlich. Kurzum: Diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum, und Lindie setzt mit ihrer liebevollen Art und der perfekten Organisation Maßstäbe. very friendly and welcoming hosts, a 10 minute walk to the centre of "Quattro Castella" if you ever find yourself in this area for a short stay and are looking for somewhere I would strongly recommend this. There is no air-conditioning but it was still comfortably fresh inside.
