Everything is very good, the apartment is located in a very quiet area and with the beaches of La Concha and Gos a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended

We spent 4 nights in Valencia, the apartment is perfect for a 3 or 4 day stay. It has everything you need in a small but not uncomfortable space, it is very well decorated, everything is impeccable and has very good taste details. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom shower is very good, I would only say that they should put bigger towels, to say something. Artem always responded immediately to our inquiries, even when we arrived very late at night, he was connected with us. We did not meet him personally but he is a very kind, polite person and very willing to help us at all times. Of course I recommend Artem's apartment 100%, I hope I can return one day.

The place was spacious and comfortable as well as being very well equipped. The hosts provided amazing communication throughout our stay and answered any questions quickly.

Very comfortable, quiet and spacious apartment with a very well oriented and comfortable terrace, ( pity that the weather did not accompany to get the maximum performance ). We jumped a couple of times the automatic of the light but it was corrected from the automatic box inside the same apartment. Everything's perfect. Oscar

I adored the entire aesthetic and you can tell he really put a lot of time into a perfectly curated relaxing space. He was thoughtful, friendly and very responsive host. We loved our stay. The apartment is nicely situated, with a good layout, and it had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains. On top, Joaquin was an excellent host! Very friendly, helpful, and responsive. It really felt like he cared and wanted to make our vacation as comfortable as possible. We can easily recommend this spot for a trip to Benicàssim

We spent a few days with friends and felt right at home. The house was very clean and tidy, had plenty of kitchen utensils and an outside barbecue with option to make paella. Beds are very comfortable, and the terrace is spectacular. There are many paths to walk without traffic and a park for the children very close by. Thierry was attentive and available at all times. Pearl in Pucol, be quick because this is going to be very popular very soon. Rest, privacy, beautiful, super stay and host is perfect. However, a car is needed for excursions in the area. The stay is super local and quiet, keep that in mind / not all restaurants are always open but by car in about 18 minutes in Valencia city center. The house super beautiful, view super, wake up and with a few steps in the sea swimming= magnifique. A direct hit. BUT, as reported, definitely need a car.

We just had a dreamy week with the family in Carlos and Cristina's beautiful home! We liked everything: first of all the very protected and privileged place of the Playetas, the quiet and residential area a few minutes from the beach, the lovely garden neat by professionals, the very nice decoration and impeccable cleanliness of the house, the comfort of modern bedding and bathrooms and the large terrace ideal for aperitifs, dinners and lively games! When we left, we were lucky enough to meet our hosts, absolutely charming, warm and welcoming people, whom we thank and highly recommend.

We had a great stay! The apartment was very comfortable and clean. You could tell the apartment was recently renovated, everything was brand new and all amenities were available. The area is quiet and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

Maria's place is in a great spot in town with access to everything you could want. The home itself is well appointed and feels very homey. Our family of 4 including 2 small children were very comfortable.

I have been following Aurora as an occupational therapist for a long time, and this shared space project seemed like a great idea to meet in person, and address many concerns that with her recommendations will help us find solutions. The house is very clean and tidy. It was our first time in this type of accommodation, and this getaway to Vall d'Uixo was a wonderful experience, as a family, including our pet, of course. A great welcome and very respectful coexistence. Always attentive to us, but respecting our family moments. She offered us the service of a pet sitter to be able to visit the Caves of San Josep, and recommendations for places to visit very close by. 100% recommended. The apartment is beautiful and super bright, clean and the location is very central. That was all very nice and I would recommend it

Everything went great, the host allowed us to check in early without any hesitation. It was very important because we were with the children and crossed the far way. The apartment corresponds to its description, has everything you need. Of special importance is the terrace, which is large and with nice views

Sergio's apartment is better than described and seen in the photos, everything is very clean, it has a lot of kitchenware and the terrace and the area where it is located is wonderful as well as the bbq and the community pool, it is super quiet and has private parking, it is only 10 minutes from Peñiscola. Sergio is very kind and is always making sure that you are well, he recommends places and things to do. We'll definitely be back to this apartment. Many thanks to Sergio !

We had a great stay at Jana's apartment. It is very well located and really nice. It is a bit noisy, but otherwise really quiet at night. We were even allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment a little longer, which was really very nice and we appreciated it very much. We would definitely recommend the apartment.
