Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

Beautiful stay in Fasano, close to many fantastic restaurants and beaches! Luca was extremely responsive and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. Would love to stay again!

Everything Perfect and magical

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

We loved the villa! The interior design is very stylish and modern. The villa is in a very quiet and breathtaking location, but there are still plenty of things to do in the area, just a few minutes away by car. Claudia was very accommodating and clarified our inquiries quickly. Maria Luisa was always available, helpful and made recommendations for us throughout our entire stay. She organized a cooking class in the villa, which was tailored to our wishes and we had a great time! We can only recommend the villa.

We had a lovely time staying here. The Trullo itself is great - an amazing building and very well equipped - we had everything that we needed. The outdoor space is beautiful and there’s lots of it - situated in beautiful countryside. Apart from the occasional night of loud music from what seemed to be a nearby wedding venue it was very quiet and peaceful setting which was just what we were hoping for. We enjoyed visiting the local towns, and beaches near to Monopoli were stunning and only 25 min drive but mainly we enjoyed resting at the property and using the pool! Veronique was very helpful and responsive both before and during our stay. We would love to come back sometime!

Our stay in Matera was wonderful from start to finish. Tudor was able to accommodate our early arrival. He picked us up where we had parked and drove us right to the apartment. He made a dinner reservation for us at a busy restaurant with a beautiful view overlooking the city, which turned out to be one of our best meals. Upon checkout, Tudor pickup us up at the apartment and brought us to our car. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished . The rooftop terrace has a breathtaking view towards the Cathedral on the hill. It is perfectly located in a quiet central area with easy access to all the main sights, restaurants, and stores. I would stay here again with hesitation. Thank you, Tudor!

Great location, excellent host and flexible check-in/out. We had to leave early (and unexpectedly!), and the host was very understanding!

The photographers house was nothing short of an exceptional stay. The property surpassed expectations and is more impressive in person than in the photos, the interior design and photography are beautiful. It is very spacious and well equipped with everything you might need for a great holiday. The location is 10/10, in the heart of the old town and the views of the port are superb. Fabrizio was very friendly and so helpful, he met us at the train station on arrival and assisted us with our luggage. Similarly, he helped us with our luggage upon departure and dropped our suitcases to the train station by car. He also assisted us with booking taxis etc during our stay. Check in was brilliant, with a comprehensive bar, brilliant coffee machine and all of the basic ingredients for cooking included. We loved our stay, and would recommend the photographers house for anyone looking for an elevated Monopoli experience. We will definitely be back.

The Airbnb was very cute and had an amazing view both from the window and the lovely patio! The location was perfect, with easy access to both the old and new parts of Matera. Parking was close by and it was simple to get to the apartment from there. The space itself was clean, charming, and had everything we needed. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. One small heads-up: the hot water heater is a bit small, so shorter showers are best. Other than that, everything was great and we’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone visiting Matera!

We stayed at this B&B in Matera and the experience was really very positive. The property is centrally located, perfect for exploring the city, but at the same time in a quiet alley that guarantees relaxation and silence. The environment is characteristic, cozy and comfortable, ideal for immersing yourself in the unique atmosphere of the Sassi. A special thank you to Angela, who was extremely kind and helpful from the first contact. Always ready to provide useful information and tips on what to see and where to eat. Highly recommended for those looking for authenticity, comfort and a warm welcome in the heart of Matera!

The apartment is beautiful, the place was spotless, in the centre of town and the sea access was just amazing. Mauro was also a great host, gave us loads of great recommendations and couldn’t be more helpful and responsive.

Dario's place is impeccable! Tasteful decos, clean and cozy space which actually makes our trip to Bari as our final travel destination extra memorable. Dario was always responsive and really kind to accept our super early check in request while we are taking our early flight to Bari. We felt rested and we went to a few recommended destination (nearby towns for excursion and restaurants) suggested by Dario, and we have truly enjoyed! We will definitely come back when we visit Bari in the future!

Vincenzo’s place was perfect and was just as described. It’s in the perfect location in Altamura - walkable and very central. The home is very cozy and felt like home away from home.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Leonardo’s property! Nestled in a peaceful olive grove, the home offered the perfect blend of tranquility and convenience. We especially loved starting each day with an espresso on the patio, surrounded by nature and calm. The house itself was spotless, well-maintained, and an incredible value for the price. Just a short 10-minute drive to the beach, we were able to enjoy the beach daily, while also taking advantage of the many excellent restaurants nearby and in the charming downtown of Monopoli. Leonardo was a wonderful host—warm, accommodating, and extremely responsive. He even welcomed us with a bottle of wine, which was such a thoughtful touch! Monopoli proved to be the ideal base for exploring the region. We took day trips to Bari, Lecce, Matera, and Alberobello—all easily accessible by car (which we definitely recommend having) We truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend!

The home was beautiful. Had everything we wanted. Great kitchen and very close to the supermarket Sassi very close too. Once we parked our car and checked in, everything was within walking distance. Eleanora’s husband Dario helped with confirming the car park we found was free. Eleanora was very responsive to questions. Would love to stay again.

Excellent Airbnb in Monopoli! It is even more beautiful than the pictures. Perfect location, right in the center of town and walkable to everything. Host was incredibly nice. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

We had great time in this beautiful house in lovely historical part of Irsina. The house and the views were much more than we expected. Loved the roof terrace and amazing views towards both green hills and roofs and silhuette of the historical town. Walter and his co-host were super friendly and helpful both beforehand and during the holiday. Warm recommendations for this beautifully renovated house.

Francesco was great! The location was awesome and our sunrise morning on the rooftop was amazing. He went above and beyond as our bags were delayed by the airline. We had a tour set up the day the airline wanted to bring them. He allowed us to give his name as the contact and he met the air line courier at the location and brought our bags in! He was so great! Love everything about the stay and would recoomend it highly to anyone.

Claudio met us at the house with great recommendations. The house was stunning in the mutual living area with plenty of space to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs large bathroom had a washer and a sitting area in which we were able to dry clothes in. The house location is a bit difficult to get large suitcases to, however, we were fine with backpacks and smaller bags. The same holds true for the upstairs bedroom because of the spiral staircase. The view from the upstairs bedroom is wonderful. I highly recommend this house if you want to stay in the Sassi area of Matera!
