Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gravina in Puglia

We had a great time staying here in Polignano. The area was amazing, so close to the centre and lots of delicious places to eat. The house was just what we needed and we loved the roof terrace. Domenico was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. We’d love to stay again!

清潔で整頓されていた。 部屋は広くはないが、テラスもあり落ち着ける。洗濯機乾燥機など設備も良い。バーリのとなり、電車で15分の小さな町、静かで普段の生活が感じられる。美味しいレストランもすぐ周りにある。 階段が少し急で、大きなスーツケースはややきつい。 駅が2つあり、歩いて10分と20分。

Amazing place with SPECTACULARLY UNFORGETTABLE sunrise. Never been happier to get up so early in am to witness the sunrise colors of the skyline every day. Everything in the apartment is immaculate and extremely well kept, including the extremely accommodating host which greatly contributed to a fantastic Apulian experience.

The place was so unique and pleasant, with an amazing 2-level rooftop with an incredible 360 view. Perfect for sunsets, morning coffee or aperitivo. The location was ideal in the old town, just a few steps from just about everything. Michele was so helpful and caring that when he found out our car rental plans were abruptly cancelled, he went out of his way to pick us up late from the bus station. Without him, I’m not sure how we would have made it since there are no taxis around that bus stop. I would highly recommend this unbeatable place without any hesitation.

This was a perfect place to stay if you are planning to visit Matera! We stayed 2 nights and it was about a 10-min walk to the historic center. Fortunately, parking was free and available right next to the place so we did not move the car the entire duration of the stay. There is a flight of stairs you have to go up, no elevator. However, it was only 1 flight and not bad at all. We met Sara, Lorenzo's sister, who was the coolest! Also, very kind and gave perfect instructions. There was plenty of room to move around and the bed was cozy. Another great thing is there is a pizza place right next door so it's very convenient after a long day of travel or site seeing. I would highly recommend staying here!

De flat in Santeramo al Colle is heel ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. We hadden deze locatie onder andere gekozen omdat er een wasmachine was (toch handig, halverwege de vakantie) en omdat we hier vandaan makkelijk wat uitstapjes konden maken. Dat pakte goed uit. De Alta Murgia en de steden Altamura en Gravina in P zijn bijvoorbeeld mooi om te bezoeken. Maar ook Santeramo zelf was gezelliger dan we hadden verwacht. Een fijn café en goede pizzeria zijn op loopafstand. Franco en Leo waren heel attent en reageerden meteen als er iets was.

The Lullaby is next to a large side walk with many larger restaurants with outside tables which serve good pasta and seafood as expected from Bari. Old Bari starts after a short walk, and it is compact and beautiful, with good small and medium size restaurants. A water front avenue follows the water front for a few miles, and there is an accessible beach down a ways on the avenue. A car park called Park and Ride Land Side allows you to park the car and use the parking stub as ticket for FREE access to public bus lines A or AB to and from the parking to the Lullaby room. The parking seems very safe, and there is always room.

Nicoletta’s Modern Vintage House was phenomenal. There was everything you could possibly need, including beach towels, parasol, ironing board, endless coffee pods, juices, toiletries etc. There was even a surprise second balcony and a roof terrace!! The neighbours were all friendly and helpful, and the location was right in the heart of the local Bari culture, spirit and vibes. An easy walk to lovely local restaurants and bars (including Marco’s wine bar/restaurant and Piccolo bar) and the Old Town was easily accessible by foot (15 min walk). The locals of Bari were so kind and welcoming, this city is the reality of an eternal love. Would not hesitate to come back. Also thank you to Nicoletta’s father who so kindly waited for us to arrive and helped us with suitcases and welcomed us so congenially. Appartamento molto comodo e pulito, con tutti i comfort che si richiedono. Sembrava di stare a casa. Ottima posizione per raggiungere il bel centro storico di Ostuni, 5 minuti a piedi. Zona molto tranquilla, ci ritornerei volentieri. L host Daniele si è rivelato molto cordiale e molto disponibile. Ci ritornerei sicuramente

Piero is an amazing host! He made our stay very comfortable! Though we reached the stay late at night, Piero was very kind to come and pick us up with a big smile 😊 and guide us to our apartment. Highly recommend this 👍👍

Allison goes above and beyond. Fully stocked kitchen with fresh eggs ,fruit and wine.Anna brought us fresh pastries every morning, removed trash and changed and refreshed our bedrooms and bathrooms . The King beds and rooms are spacious and comfortable and the exterior has every amenity. Every detail has been thought through. Do not miss the opportunity to stay in this beautifully appointed vacation home.

"Stylish Urban Escape – Perfect Location, Firm Mattress Heads-Up" The Good: 📍 Prime location – Just a short walk to restaurants and all the city buzz. ✨ Beautiful apartment – Immaculately clean, modern, and stylish, with amazing rooftop access. 🔒 Total privacy – Felt like a secluded retreat despite being downtown. One Note (for light sleepers): 🛏️ The bed's mattress was much firmer than I expected – I usually don’t fuss over mattresses, but this one had me relocating to the couch (which worked, but wasn’t ideal). That said, my travel companion loved it, so it’s clearly a personal preference! If you prefer a softer mattress, this might not be your perfect match. Final Verdict: Despite the bed’s firmness, our stay was excellent—great space, fantastic location, and everything spotless. Would happily recommend, with the above caveat for fellow soft-mattress lovers!

La casa Pascià est parfaite pour découvrir la belle région des Pouilles : spacieuse, confortable et bien équipée. Une valeur sûre pour toutes celles et ceux qui veulent rayonner autour de Bari et découvrir les magnifiques villages alentours.

Wir haben uns in Tizianas Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Diese war absolut sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist zentral und man konnte alle Ecken von Giovinazzo unkompliziert zu Fuß erreichen. Supermärkte, tolle Restaurants, die urige Altstadt von Giovinazzo und das Meer sind um die Ecke. Tiziana ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, sie antwortete superschnell und war immer erreichbar. Wir durften sogar vor der angebenen Zeit "einchecken", da wir bereits so früh gelandet waren. Toll, dass Tiziano das ermöglicht hat. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Aufenthalt!

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

Nicest people ever, apartment is spacious, a home built around trullies, beautiful flower gardens, and all kinds of vegetables and fruit trees growing behind the home. The hosts live at the far end of the 2 rentals, in a separate home and are almost always outside in spring/summer months working in the gardens, and always available to help with any questions you might have. They are very generous with food items left for guests in the refrigerator, such as water, yogurt, fresh eggs, juice boxes, butter and cream. Nearly anything you would need to cook with on the gas stove. Highly recommend!

Wir waren zu dritt unterwegs (Mädelstruppe) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir konnten Matilde (bzw. Domenico) immer direkt erreichen, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Wohnung war total sauber und super ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar Bügeleisen und Dampfgerät. Es wurde Wasser bereitgestellt, wir hatten Shampoo, Duschgel und sogar Parfüm. Schon am Tag der Ankunft haben wir tolle Tipps für die Gegend bekommen u.a. für Restaurants, Bars und welche Strände wir besuchen können. Wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage in Bari und kommen sicher wieder hier hin zurück, wenn wir wieder Bari besuchen. Danke nochmal an Matilde und Domenico

Престоят ни в дома на Donato беше страхотен. Апартаментът е много чист и е оборудван с всичко необходимо. Домакинът винаги отговаряше любезно и бързо на въпросите ни. Местоположението е много добро, само на километър от центъра. Като пристигнахме видяхме , че бебешката кошара е счупена, свързах се с Donato и на следващия ден ни донесе нова кошара, за което му благодаря.

Piermario et Antonio sont des hôtes exceptionnels. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil avec la présentation du logement qui est merveilleusement équipé , tout à été prévu pour se sentir comme à la maison. Des petites attentions culinaires nous attendaient , deux vélos que nous avons utilisé presque tous les jours pour aller au marché coperto ou bien jusqu à la gare pour prendre le train ,ou aller à la plage, sans oublier la petite cour interieure, un vrai petit bijou .Ils ont pensé à tout y compris au barbecue. On n'a plus envie de repartir quand on est là bas. La situation géographique est idéale avec les transports à proximité et les magasins,restaurants etc... Ils sont très réactifs des qu un petit souci se présente. On a qu'une seule envie c est d'y retourner. Merci de nous permettre de passer un bon séjour. Brigitte et Victor

Il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo: la casa storica, caratteristica e ristrutturata benissimo e con gusto, ha una posizione fantastica per godere della bellezza di Mola e delle località vicine raggiungibili anche con il treno. Margherita è stata gentilissima, super disponibile e professionale! Torneremo di sicuro!!!

We loved our stay at Giorgio’s place. He is by far our favourite host. Lovely welcome gift and a farewell breakfast The place was clean and spacious with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Great shower and kitchen with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. Netflix available for the end of a big day. Giorgio is always available with help when needed and made our stay in Bari just perfect. Thank Giorgio, you’re the best.

Wonderful place to stay! I’ve been fortunate enough to travel around the world and stay in a variety of places, this is by far one of the nicest places I’ve stayed in over the years. Rosaria was an amazing host and very responsive with everything! I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone and everyone going forward!

Our stay in Bari was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Cinzia and Sebastiano. They made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived with their warm welcome and thoughtful touches throughout the space. The apartment was spotless and ideally located to explore the heart of Bari. Every detail was considered, from the fresh fruit, milk, bottles of water, beer, and wine left for us to enjoy to the local cookies and crackers to ensure comfort and convenience, making it the perfect home base for our trip. Cinzia and Sebastiano went above and beyond to make our experience special. They offered great local recommendations and were always available if we needed anything.
