Dorothea's Leitensima is a wonderful old farmhouse with a lot of charm. We were surrounded by birdsong and lush greenery. Nevertheless, you can be in Graz within 30 minutes by car and have many options for activities. The house is equipped with everything you need. The bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the house is in the style of a farmhouse. It is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet and forgetting the stress.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

One of the best airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. Very clean, has everything a person might need (we even found a blender to make some milkshakes). The view from the house is amazing and we were especially happy to watch the cows who came by every day. Christine was super friendly and very helpful when we tried to find the place in the dark. Overall an amazing stay to get away from the city.

Loved this location! Peaceful, quiet, small town country feel, yet very close to all the amenities of Graz! Josef greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house and surroundings. He was very friendly and spoke English well. Our first impression was the stunning yard, with beautiful trees, garden and so many flowers, thanks to Marianne’s passion! We enjoyed both outdoor decks which was nice to choose, depending on the weather. One has a roof. The house was well equipped and had comfortable furniture. The gift of a litre of apple juice from their orchard was delicious! We also appreciated the garage parking. All in all it was a Wonderful stay, and we would love to return!

We had wonderful holidays in this very special house! Everything is decorated with an incredible amount of love and taste! Every little detail fits perfectly into the overall concept. It's totally cozy and just lovely! We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. Communication with Herman was very warm, quick and straightforward. He was always approachable and responded extremely quickly. Outside you can't decide which seat to use because they're all so great. The view and the air are fantastic. Hiking trails start directly from the house and you can also do a lot nearby. The village is cozy and our daughters loved the freely accessible fire pond converted by the villagers into a swimming pool. In short: an accommodation cannot be better!!!! We are glad that we were able to spend our vacation here and would very much like to come back again!

We felt completely comfortable in this very very cozy old farmhouse. There's nothing there isn't in this nice place, it's like being at home. Our 2 dogs Nelly and coffee also had a lot of fun this weekend. The beautiful large meadow where they could run freely was a dream - a paradise in the countryside . The eggs from your chickens tasted very good. The chicken coop with its chickens and the beautiful rooster - simply magnificent. Thank you for the warm welcome . It was a very nice weekend and we will be happy to come back.

Small cozy apartment in a quiet , very nice location, separate entrance, stylish garden, friendly helpful landlords . The area is ideal for hiking and there are nice places to eat nearby.

Great spot for a work trip, right next to the train station and very walkable down to the river, too.

Absolutely great accommodation! Centrally located and yet quiet, very spacious, tastefully and cozily furnished. Extremely clean. Everything available for a perfect stay. The communication with Kerstin was excellent, especially the helpful tips for parking. Clear recommendation!

I had to go to Graz for business and made it into a trip with dogs, kids and a friend. Robert’s place was perfect for the occasion: central so we could explore the city, and peaceful so everyone could have a moment to breathe when needed. Robert was responsive and helpful, recommended restaurants were great. Place was squeaky clean, and just the right amount of lived in so it felt like a real home. We definitely recommend staying!

Great place on a quite location, close to public transport

i was consciously in this apartment for the second time, because everything was already perfect last time. The price seems to be slightly higher than an equally large accommodation in Graz, but you also get a great apartment for your money. When it comes to amenities, you've obviously thought about what you need. Small terrace perfect to enjoy the ending day with a glass of wine in the evening. The apartment is very quiet and yet right in the middle of the city, just great. Check in was totally flexible and easy and communication with Mr. and Ms. Rogl was always immediate and very friendly.

The place was perfectly located, I was there for a conference at the university of Graz and the bus stop is within a 2 min walk. Daniel and his wife are wonderful host! Highly recommend.

We would come back immediately; everything sparkling clean, wonderful bed with fragrant white linens and incredibly great views. Very, very nice, spacious apartment with everything your heart desires. And the parking garage just a few steps away was awesome.
