Holiday rentals with beach access in Grbalj

Wonderful place to stay to explore Kotor. Communicative and friendly host. Nice and spacious living room. Perfect location within Old Town, private and safe. We only stayed for 3 nights and did not use the kitchen, but it is well equipped and clean. Walkable to everything we wanted to see in Kotor and plenty of boat tours with easy access from Old Town. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect location and wonderful home! Excellent communication! Good wifi (not super fast but sufficient) My only note would be regarding the parking. If you don’t have a car, this location is ideal. If you do have a car, parking in front of the apartment can be challenging. It’s very congested and difficult to maneuver in, and if there’s traffic you may be stuck for quite some time. That said, it’s an absolutely darling apartment and the pros far outweigh any small cons

Lidija’s a great host - very helpful. Location is good - just a few hundred metres from Old Town so you can escape the hustle and bustle. I was travelling solo snd felt totally safe in the area. Washing machine an added bonus. Noise from garbage pick up early morning only negative. Would definitely recommend. Taraca restaurant across the road a must. Apartment has all the amenities you will need. Thanks - see you next visit.

Perfect for our purposes. Best area for Kotor Bay, easy to reach by car or bus. The views are stunning!

I could hear my heartbeat so loudly as I stood on the balcony, taking in the view. It was an amazing feeling—such wonderful emotions!!!

Everything was great during our stay with 2 babies and 5 adults. Renetta greeted us with a very friendly and warm smile. She even left a cake, party supplies, and drinks for my daughter's birthday, and the surprise made us very happy. Location is within walking distance to Kotor Old Town, the market and pharmacy are all very close to the location. In short, everything was good. Only the parking lot was a bit challenging for us. Since there was no parking lot under the house, it was a little difficult to find a place and take the strollers. Other than that, everything was great. Hoping to stay again 🙏🏻

Ronduit great! Tastefully decorated, the clearest water in the world, air conditioning in the bedroom came in handy, perfect location, delicious fresh bakery around the corner, department store within walking distance, use of the subs possible,…. Highly recommended!!

Great stay ! We loved our time at Nensi's. She was very helpful and friendly. The apartment had all the amenities that any traveller could ask for and more ! We loved the luxury of having a washing machine, Nespresso machine and a cosy living space after a long time on the road. Added bonus of having a private parking space for the car and also that it's a super short 5 minutes walk to the old town. There is a shopping mall nearby should you need anything from the supermarket or pharmacy. The common terrace just off the living room was heavenly and perfect for breakfast before exploring the town.. Would recommend to everyone from a couple to a family for a stay. And we will be back again Nensi!!

Enjoyed my stay! Jovana organised her dad to pick me up which was very nice of them! Great views, clean and well equipped only thing is like much of budva its up a very steep hill so anyone with reduced mobility would struggle

We loved it here! Felt right at home from the beginning. Perfect for a family with two teenagers. We walked down to the small beach the first night and it was lovely not busy or touristy. The kitchen is fully equipped and everything is new and spotless. Beautiful views out of all the windows. Zdravko and his mom Bela were very responsive and kind. One of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve stayed at.

Milica was a wonderful host. She sent us the directions with pictures, it was very easy for us to find. The location of the house is 20 minutes from the center, the road was very pleasant and very beautiful. It was very kind of her to greet us at the door and describe the house. Everything was thought of at home, nothing was missing. Thank you, we will come again

it's a very nice place, large enough for 2 people. It's in the old town but close to bus station. The bedroom has the view of the old city wall and the harbor, which is very nice. the bathroom equipped with wash machine, although has no dryer, the heated towel rack does the job.

Appartement was very nice, very close to the water. and the vieuw outside the window is like a chefs kiss. The host is very nice, friendly and responsive!

Great location and very comfortable bed. Walking distance to everything in old town. Room was lovely and cool (amazing aircon) and terrace had a beautiful view. We were allowed to check in early and Nikola was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

This is just hands down a beautiful place to stay. I was impressed by the level of detail in the decoration. Krsto is a great host and very swift in communication. I’d recommend this place to anyone who wants an extraordinary stay in Kotor.

Absolutely stunning BnB. The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Location was also 10/10 with some delicious food right downstairs. Hosts had very clear communication and they also answered any questions we had about Kotor. Absolutely worth every penny paid, and I would suggest that you go for this place if you’re thinking about it!
