more than you bargained for barn annex

The Annex is adjacent to our Studio Barn, which is occasionally used as a rehearsal and performance space. I'd say the space is most suitable for a single person, either visiting the area or relatives, for someone who goes out to work regularly, or f.e.looking for a more permanent accommodation in the area... (previous experiences) With it's own bathroom and kitchen it is entirely independant, just the entrance is shared with the actual barn. Work desk is in situ, television can be fitted.
